.....unless the primary visa holder has commenced a course towards a masters or doctoral degree and holds a Student visa (subclass 500). In this case there is no limit on the number of hours a family member might work.

@nickoryanfang depende ang work rights ng GF sa course na kinuha mo. if MAsters/doctoral degree - walang limit or unlimited working hours kayong dalawa. if bachelor's 40hours every fortnight lang

@nickoryanfang Gather first all your documents before applying your student visa. SO that once you start the online application for your student visa, you already completed all the documents you need to attach.

@nickoryanfang kahit hindi sa aussy ang sponsor, basta you need affidavit of support(notarize), provide proof of relationship and etc

Ung tita ko taga victoria, irerefer ka dun sa website tapos idownload mo yung form. May sarili kasing form ang bawatstate dun. Statutory declaration ang tawag s kanila. Dun niya na isusulat sa form na yun ung pagsuport nya sayo. Dun na nila ipanotarize. Ipadala na lang sayo ung form via lbc.

Hi, ask ko lang, is studying a good pathway to PR? gusto ko po kasi mag migrate to Australia, and yung choice ko is to study there. Kailangan po ba 2 years talaga mag-aaral? And if you can suggest po agencies na nag-aassist starting from student visa to PR, i would greatly appreciate it po. Thank you!

@maja.rmnd may advantage ka if you studied in australia. may plus points kasi pag nag apply ka ng for skilled migration. if you plan to apply for PR.

need two years to apply for the post study work stream that would allow you to stay in australia after your studies. the length depends on the course you took.

there are a lot of agency here in manila that offer services for free. KOKOS is my agent. you can also choose IDP, Fortrust, AMS etc.

@redfox8 okay lang, hehehe. Helpful naman eh. Di ko na itinuloy yun sa deakin kasi sabi nun representative ng deakin na pumunta sa AMS, kelangan daw ng at least 1 year exp para macresit yun 2 years na study. So nagtry ako la trobe and acu. Ikaw ba,san ka nag apply?

@agentKams thanks. mahirap din pala mag masters by research. you have to submit your research proposal ngayon pa lang. as for my case I have no dependents.

Hello. Normal lang ba ang 1 month and 2 weeks for student visa processing? Lodge my application last august 16 den I had my medical august 22. Until now, no update pa rin sa australian embassy sa status ng visa. Hope I can hear from you experiences.
