visa condition 8201, you are allowed to study for as long as the course does not exceed 3 months, you mentioned aged care cert course, at TAFE queensland this course is for 6 months, so definitely you can't enroll in this course

8201 is usually seen in Visitor 600 visas, if I am not mistaken. If you have this limitation them it applies to you, otherwise, if none, then the dependent/secondary can take a course up to the limit of the current visa and may even apply to extend it afterwards.</blockquote>

Student visa conditions for members of your family unit, Condition number "8201" it says, You cannot study for more than three months while in Australia. This condition applies to <b class="Bold"><i class="Italic">student dependent visa holders</i></b> who were 18 years of age or older when the visa was granted.

Hello. Anyone here has an idea ng tuition feef for leadership and management? Kasi most students who took conversion program are taking up that course daw para magkaroon ng 2yr study req sa australia for pr points. I want to be aware para maging ready din pp financially. Thank you soo much 🙂

Good Evening po, mag apply palang po ako ng student visa, planning to include my wife po sana. Question ko po about OSHC. Pag single po $485 lang po yung OSHC pero pag 2 persons po $2,747. Based po to sa https://oshcaustralia.com.au/

Ask ko lang po kung ganto po ba talaga? Mas mura pa po ata pag pareho po kami mag single, pwede po ba yun?

ganyan talaga pag couple, the reason is that couple have a lot of claims when they come to Australia to study and become pregnant. The insurers therefore increase the premiums for couples and families policies to take this risk into account. Pag mag single naman kayo dapat pareho kayong may student visa

She attended the grand orientation ng isang agency in Pinas and offer sakanya ay to study Certificate III in Individual Support and & Diploma in Business or mag aral ng Certificate IV in Mental Health/Alcohol and other drugs. Sabi rin po ng nakausap niya ng agent ay No IELTS and No show money raw. Totoo po ba na hinde na nagrerequire ng ielts ang mga schools?

@charm15 Hi, Kailangan yung IELTS or any other english test, it’s a requirement not just by the schools but also by the immigration. Makakapagaral siya rito but I don’t think there is a pathway for PR for those courses. Usually pag VETASSESS, may show money. Anong school daw ba?

baka naman sponsored nila ung ielts (sila magababayd} pag aged care naman 5.5 lang ielts, grabe naman kung college grad ka di mo kayanin to, or pwede naman i package mo ung english course sa course na kukunin mo, ung no show money naman ay pag higher degrees kukunin mo, minsan din naman misleading ung mga ads dito sa pinas makakuha lng ng recruits.

@Cassey Thanks po. Actually ni-refer ko na din po siya sa AECC in Melbourne but di ko lang po alam kung nacontact na niya agent ko. Di sure kung anong school wala po sya namention sakin.

@charm15 May AECC din sa Phils. Kung magstudent visa siya, explore niya kung saan siya makakapagapply ng PR para hindi sayang time and money lalo na ngayon na pahirap ng pahirap ang application for PR.

Hi to All,

Guys i'm newly enrolled in this group just need help on how to apply student visa. Actually, first option ko tlga is immigrant so i take IELTS General Training ung module ko and unfortunately i failed 2x. My Band score require me altesr 6 in each module but apparently, i got 5.5 in reading 2x. So we are planning to go to student visa since 5.5 lng ung nirerequire nia IELTS but since students xa need ko ba ulit mgtake ng IELTS for Academic or natangganp ng GT for students.

Hoping for answer.

Asking for someone: pag may visit visa ka, pede kaba mag apply ng student visa while onshore at naka visit visa lang?

pede ba sya mag apply student visa. and maapprove kaya yun in 3 months time before expire visit visa nya? or need nya lumabas pa din ng Australia muna.
