Hey, @kbernardino20 You can apply for Remaining Relative Visa Subclass 115 since lahat ng family members mo andito naa. As long as wala ikaw NEAR RELATIVE (child, parent, step parent, siblings)

Good PM. Pls help me naman po. Im planning to study in australia via student visa tapos gusto ko dalhin partner ko with his kids. Weve been living together for 2 years now. kaso lang hes still married, medyo challenging tong sa amon pero were very determined to start anew in australia. Hes still married but hiwalay na sila sa wife niya for 6 years now. Pls help if anybody went thru the same process? Thank you very much!
