Hi guys need advice on insurance. My school decided to move my intake to another month but naka bili na ako ng insurance sa NIB. They can change the dates naman but it would take 15 days pa and I really want to submit the visa sooner. I asked them if I could buy for Medibank na lng para madali and they will still reimburse me daw. Anyone had the same situation too? Also, di naman ako magka problema while lodging considering by the time I lodge active pa yung NIB na insurance and also with Medibank too?

Hi guys follow up question din sa taas. I’m trying to fill up the form for Medibank online but I can’t find my institution so di ko siya ma proceed. Di ba pwede basta hindi listed yung school ko?

Hello guys! Update ko lang. I have to say I have probably one of the most complicated cases. With little to zero chance of getting approved. My livein partner applied for a student visa and im her defacto partner. Simple right? BUT- 1. Im previously married and hindi pa annuled. 2. With 3 kids 3. Our age gap is 17 years. lol 4.We didnt have any property or joint bank account 5. Yung course ng partner ko not related sa wotk niya. We only presented 3 evidences along with storyline and maraming maraming prayers. 🙂 My partners SV approved in 1 day and 3 weeks after yung defacto ko naman na approved na din. I think organized lang talaga yung files namin and we honestly stated kung bakit wala kaming bank or joint property. We didnt have anything to hide ika nga. Swerte lang or God meant it to get approved pero i hope this will encourage yung iba na whatever evidences you have, present it in the best way you can. And never lose hope. Thank you pala to Jade ng AECC for the big help. Shes very professional and honest in her assesments. Good luck everyone!

Hello po ulit mga kuya and ate. Ask ko lang po ano po maganda course kunin po for Mechanical Engineering related po na pwedeng after nun eh mag apply for any job related po dun sa course na kukunin ko?

Currently working as Feedmill Operator po with 2yrs exp and sabi po nung iba considered as Production Engineer po yun. Registered Mech engr naman po ako. Pag hihintayin ko pa po kasi yung 5yrs exp baka di ko po kayanin mahiwalay kay gf ganun katagal na nag apply now for student visa po.

May 19 - arrived in Perth

May 20 - met with migration agent

May 23 - got CoC from school (VET IT course)

June 9 - Visa lodged on shore

July 1 - started attending classes

July 31 - Medical exams

August 2 - Visa granted!

been trying to apply for student visa way back 2013

discouraged kc ang laki ng show money

still have no money to show now pero ginamit ko lang PAYG certificate

ng tatay ko na PR sa Regional area dito sa aus.

Im almost 40 when i lodged my application

finished college in 10 years (Computer Engineering)

wasted many years sa jobs n wlang kinalamn sa course ko

my recent job wala kinalaman sa course na inaaral ko (Construction)

the important lesson i learned:

Hindi kailangan ng show money

if a relative or your mom or dad in australia is willing to sponsor you

earning at least AUD60000/year.

but immigration rules changes ALL the time. sometimes changes will be in your

favor. always check

I'm now on the process of applying for a student visa. Anyone here that's familiar with the Cohort Go Payment? I saw that they offer cheaper exchange rate and I can pay in peso din which makes it very convenient. With my agency, I could pay my OSHC via Cohort Go and when tried so, they gave me their local bank details din. Now I'm wondering how I should pay it, local branch lang kasi ng ANZ bank yung meron eh and I don't have an ANZ account yet. Can't figure out naman how to transfer online since most PH banks don't have ANZ bank sa bank-to-bank transfer nila. Is the only option OTC payment lang talaga? I'm living in Laguna and Makati pa yung bank branch. Hope someone could help me about this. Thanks!.

hello po.. tanong ko lang po ... since almost 40 na po kayo, how do you plan to attain PR? kasi po yung asawa ko, 40 na po siya this year ... we're really contemplating on a student visa kaso baka kapusin kami sa time para makapag PR knowing na hanggang 45 lang pwede mag-apply ... gusto lang po namin i-weigh yung options namin if AU is really right for us.
