Hi guys! Any tips here on my move. Will be heading to melb soon and quite worried I still haven't found a place. Was thinking of staying muna sa airbnb while I look for a place. Okay lng ba yun in case immigration asks me? Appreciate your insights. 🙂

Hi do immig officers check letter of offer when arriving in Australia? My letter of offer is for Aug intake but school moved me to Sept. So COE is Sept but school didn’t send a new letter of offer that Sept intake ko. I asked the school and they said it’s okay kasi I only need to present my COE. Is this correct?

I don't remember being asked of where I will stay when I arrive in Australia. It's pretty common to book temporary housing for the next few days until you can personally inspect prospective flats/houses for long-term accommodation (don't sign long-term housing arrangements until you've seen the place in person!). I think immigration would understand that; just make sure to bring proof of your booking in case they do ask where you'll stay (and research prospective places on flatmates.com or something). I stayed with relatives for over a month before I found my own room, and a friend booked hostel accommodations while waiting for her dorm to open.

Pwede kaya ako kumuha ng Masters Degree sa Au kung ang degree ko na BS Business Admin sa pinas po at thru ETEEAP(Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation)? hi, have you check what level is your degree comparable to AQF? https://www.aqf.edu.au/aqf-levels then igauge mo kung pasok ang degree mo for the entry requirements ng Masters program na kukunin mo.

Or, you might also want to consult education agents para mas maguide ka, libre lang naman ang consultation. back read ka sa mga agencies na ginamit ng mga ka-forum natin dito.

Good day po sa lahat. I'm an Electrical Engineer with 4 years of working experience related to my field. I already lodged my 189 visa (70 points) and sa tingin ko mahirap ma invite for PR. So, I want to try na mag student muna and my brother is already a PR na sa Au. Question ko lang po, may mga courses po kaya akong pwedeng itake na related sa pinag tapusan ko? Wala pa po kasi ako masyado idea sa pag Student Visa. Thank you!

Yes, back in 2015 ang rule is dapat covered lahat ng member na included sa student visa for the duration of your course.

When you say na-refuse, dahil mali ang kinuhang OSHC?

It's a main requirement so I believe if you did not lodge it during the initial visa application, CO will contact you and you need to provide it within a specified period.

Maari mo bang ilagay dito ang breakdown ng 70 points mo para makita natin ano yung pwede mong pathway or gawin para ma boost pa ang points mo

Hi po, ask lang ng advise if true po ba na medyo nahihirapan ang mga nag apply for student visa with dependent? Nag inquire po kasi kami ng husband ko sa isang agency and sinabi nila na maraming student ang hindi na grant ang visa kasi with dependent sila, how true po? maraming salamat po.

Pag narefuse ba ung visa application, kelangan mag apply po sa ibang school? Or pede pa din ung school na inapplyan mo dun sa na-refuse na visa? Rereapply visa?
