@nursekc Yes. My wife and I went together last year. There shouldn't be any problem if you are able to provide enough proof and necessary documents. I know heaps of people who've done that. Came on a 457 with a defacto then 3 months later nag apply ng PR. No big deal here if you're married or not when it comes to application. However, yun nga , make sure na talagang magprovide ka ng evidence including staturoy declaration about your relationship. Pictures with dates, invitations, travel itineraries, bank accounts, letters, emails, chats, land property, tax etc etc.
