HI. Same case tayo. My boyfriend naman is the primary applicant. You should provide strong evidences that you are in a de facto relationship. 12 months at least. Some of the documents that we provided are rental agreement and receipts addressed to both me and my partner (to prove that we have been living together for more than a year), joint bank statement, affidavit of relationship from me and my partner, affidavit of 3 friends, his father and my mother to prove that they know about our relationship, our plans and how long we have been together, telephone bills addressed to our apartment, flight tickets of our travels together, pictures together and screenshot of our convos, BUPA health insurance and a document from his sponsor ..

wow, sobrang dami naman requirements. we are not in taking pictures together pa naman :/ baka mahirapan ako magpaapprove. if you don't mind, ilang years na kayo? all I have is joint bank accounts, savings and time deposit, car loan me as his co maker, all of our bills is under his name, but is addressed in our apartment, would that be enough? I got no problem pagdating sa affidavit.

@sheril medyo madami nga unlike sa married na ok n ung Marriage cert. Almost 2 years palang kmi together. I think the documents you have are OK naman. Ung bills under his name, OK lang un just show other docs for you that shows the same address. Read more about DE facto dito sa forum. Same lang din ung documents na pinasa nila, most of them na approve naman.

@MiguelSebastiene Hi, waiting po ako ng Visa 457, nag advise po employer na kukuha ng police clearance, concern ko lang kasi yung sa UAE kasi my debt ako doon during recesion 2008, di ko pa na try mag ask ng PCC sa UAE embssy pero kung kailangan na worry ko lang bka di ako bibigyan ng PCC from UAE bec of debt. kung hindi ako bibigyan advise nman sa mga may experience na nka kuha ng VISA 457 kung may other option..thanks in advance

@Xelifyarel : wala k ata magggawa ksi nirequired ka n Employer mo mismo ng police clearance. Pero un ba huling work mo ? Ksi ako 457 pero hndi n ako nirequired ng police clearance .Ung sa iba na alam ko nirequired sila niyang police clearnce ksi PR ung VISA nila. Try mo nlang dn mag request kung ano mgging result. goodluck pre.

Pano ko ba machecheck yung status ng nomination ko, sabi nung employer ko, nakapaglodge na sila for nomination, I've tried import TRN pero ayaw niya

@eneleam omg! Bat antagal nung akin! Kelan naging "application in progress" nung iyo? Bat ganun huhu. Wala pa rin sa akin "Application Received" pa rin.

Anyway, congrats! Btw, dependent 457 visa ka d ba? Baka mas mabilis siguro un since nauna na visa ng bf mo.

@sheril may bf din ako na i-aapply ko ng de facto relationship, right after siguro ma approve nitong visa ko. So far ang binigay namin sa migration agent is yung Mortgage contract ng bahay namin na co-owner kami, isang bill ng globe nya na same sa address ko, testimony galing sa kanya about our relationship, and facebook screenshots ng start ng relationship namin plus a pic na magkakasama kami. Ok naman na raw yun sabi ni migration agent.

@Moxie sorry di ko sure kailan naging application in progress kasi nag migration agent ako then hnd ko na inimport ung TRN Ko since inuupdate naman nla ako whenever I ask kung may update sa application. I'm sure malapit narin dumating ung visa mo. 😉

@Moxie thanks! sana pwede na din yung mga requirements namin, though wala pa naman kami sa stage na yun. kakalodge lang ata ni employer yung nomination nila, di ko kasi maimport ung TRN na binigay nila saken :/

I think okay ung mga requirements mo for de facto. Basta willing din ung sponsor mo na mag add ka ng dependent. Sa Adelaide kami, ikaw? 😉

@eneleam willing naman sila mag add, actually kasama na siya ngayon sa process ko, para isang process nalang ata pinagsabay na kami. sa Sydney ako

Hi, question lang po, isa po akong dependent sa 457 visa, meron po akong Hepa B, based naman sa medical ng gf ko (primary applicant) walang test for Hepa B, and civil engineers kami. pero dun sa immiaccount, may tanong kung meron bang isa samen na may Hepa B, meron ba dito na same case samen?
