Hi guys, badly need help.. i am applying for my partner tourist visa, andun na ko sa last part na iattach yunh docu, wala kasi ko ma attach na letter para sa employer niya pero meron lang ako is certificate of employment niya. Is that enough proof na ba yun? And also need ko ba mag fill up ng 956a form kasi required ko iattach. Salamat samag rereply

Hi @Godly ...this is for me lang huh..basta i-attach mo po lahat ng maiittach mo na proof na may babalikan syang work and as long as currently employed sya sa said COE, if may leave of absence certificate sya, ok din na i-attach un..regarding don sa form, may ngsabi narin dto sa forum before na need mo lang fill-upan ung form 956a, ung form for authorized recipient..hope that helps..wait natin reply ng iba.

they might ask for a COE with the leave dates, may kilala akong hiningan ng bagong coe kasi pina spcify ni case officer ung dates of leave.

Isama nmn un baby nmn for Tourist Visa application, any input guys kung ano pa kelangn docs for my baby? HE's now a 10 month-old baby boy. 😉

Bdw, dito n ako Aussy holding student visa and currently working limited with 40 hours fortnightly, and un kapatid ng hubby ko un mgbigay ng invi for them un main reason is dito icelebrate un 1st birthday ng anak ko en pra mkita nya din un kapatid nya... Un sister in Law ko is an Australian Citizen n pU dito...

the docs I have now are the following:

hubby's & baby's passport copy
marriage contract
hubby's COE
Hubby's ticket goin back to saudi
hubby's bank statement ( worth 10K SR)
Hubby's copy of credit card statement (3 months)
Hubby's payslip ( 3 months)
Hubby's sister invitation letter
Hubby's sister SD ( accommodation, ticket (round-trip), transport)

Please kindly help me if I need to add more docs or enough n xah.😉

1) kelangan mo ideclare na nasa saudi sia ngyn, there is a field in the application form ng address, use his saudi address.

2) they are more lenient sa bata since anjan ka namn, jsut the baby's passport, birht cert, your residential status in au, and evidence of financial support and letter from the sponsor.

Make sure ung coe ng spouse mo e nakalagay ung approved leave dates.some CO are a bit strict about this.

Tanong lang po and hope may mapulot akong payo sa inyo. Engaged na po ako last January and assessment in progress na yung Prospective Visa subclass 300 namin kasama yung 2 kids ko. Darating si Fiance' sa June 10 at hindi kami masayang isipin na babalik na naman sya at LDR na naman kami after June 23. We decided to apply tourist visa 600 at si Fiance ang mag sponsor sa akin. Full time employee po ako at regular na sa work. Internal process kc ang leave request mostly sa BPO industry. Payag si supervisor na mag leave ako without pay but not more than 3 months. Willing then sya mag supply ng approve letter of leave indicate her number and direct company email address. Gusto ko lang makasama si future hubby kasi nami miss ko na sya sobra. Tapos na kami mag apply ng tourist visa online. Ilang days kaya kami mg wait bago ang result? Plano kc namin na magkasama pagbalik nya sa OZ..!

KUn submitted na ung sc300 nio, malaki ung risk na mareject ung visitor visa, not sure though kun ganu kabait ung co na maadsign sa yo. processing time in the ph may tke 1 month, sometimes longer.
