Hi, I am invited by my next employer for a training in Sydney for 10days, pero i am still employed in my current employer dito sa pinas. Can I apply for the tourist visa kahit yung purpose is for bootcamp?
I believe yes. May conditions na connected per visa type and, if I remember correctly, you can use a Tourist Visa for training of no more than 3 months. Look into a Training Vis> @joboumali said:

Where can I check po ung training of no more than 3 months? Check ko din ung 407 Training Visa. Thank you so much!
Ahh nakita ko na pala, nandun din sa page ng tourist visa sa details nya. Thank you
Welcome! Nadoble pala sagot ko haha.
Do I need to request for bank certificate? Or ung bank statement na downloadable from online banking will do? Tska how much kelangan ipakita if 10days ung training then sagot ni company ang food, accomodation?
Not sure lang ah. Ako, for my Tourist Visa, I just scanned my passbook statements. And ang ginawa kong estimate is 10k per day sa Australia, para sure.
Might be case to case basis yung amount. Upload mo na rin siguro yung proof from company na may training and na sponsores nila ang food and accommodation. For sure meron yan silang details kung saan ang accommodation. Upload mo na rin yun.
Bale, the best rule for me, if may documents ka and it only helps solidify na kaya mo sa Australia during your stay and you will return to the PH, upload mo.
Good luck!
