Cebu to Manila is considered as Domestic flight despite na connecting flight si Mama mo. The check in staff will ask details pa din like current visa upon check-in pero sa Manila is where IO officers are means more questions, and stamp your passport to go.

Not sure if this is the right thread to ask but:

Yung employer ko po kasi is trying to check other option, Gusto nya ako magtourist visa and then apply for a VISA 186 DE at the same time kukuha siya ng Bridging visa para kapag expire na yung tourist visa ko ay pwde pa ako mgstay sa AU.Since Onshore daw ay mas mabilis.

1) Is it legally possible to shift from tourist visa >bridging visa>working visa (186DE)

2) If so, pwede ba ako magwork while on a bridging visa.

Original option is to lodge 186DE and wait.

Yung Agent nya kasi nagtitingin ng ibang ways to fast track yung process to obtain working visa.

I'm Offshore (sg based).

Sakin ang tanong lang saan ang punta, gaano katagal, and patingin ng company ID and visa. But I prepared all my documents, including an itinerary, and memorised details, like hotel name and address.

Sa Aus IO, ang tanong lang is if I'm alone and patingin visa.

usually may mga embassy address na yung banks. yung saken dati nilagay ko lang australian embassy tapos rcbc plaza makati

Question: Who decides how many months of stay every arrival if multiple entries in a year ang visa granted?

Is there a way in the application to submit a request for more than 3months stay?

Afaik, wala namang birth certificate requirement sa visitor visa application. Yung Form 54 ina-attach sa Family Composition.

Make sure the applicant can prove genuine temporary visit like having a job to go back to and has sufficient funds to support himself on the duration of the visit.
