You will need to present a two-way ticket (entering and exiting Australia) since ang tourist visa is a temporary visa. So a return ticket ang proof mo na ‘di ka magsstay sa Australia indefinitely, na may intention ka to return.

Hello. May question lang po ako regarding sa pag apply ng visitor visa. Not sure kung may nakapag tanong na nito before, but I’m trying to help my parents to get a visitor visa, DIY lang po.

Need po ba na separate immi account sila? Meaning kelangan nila gumawa pareho? Or isang immi account lang gagamitin for both?
Ano po docs ang pwede isubmit for proof of change name for my mother? Enough na po ba yung certificate of marriage nila?

Pwedeng iisa if applying by group naman ang alam ko. Try starting one application sa Immiaccount and then check mo if may option pa rin ba to apply as a group.
What's the reason for the name change, dahil ba sa pagpapakasal? If yes, certificate of marriage is enough. Ayun lang din pinasa ko for my parent. Pero if other causes like clerical error, need ng annotated birth certificate.

Yung name change na concern lang po is because of kasal. Pero noted po, certificate of marriage na lang din gamitin namin.

Although yung name po nya sa passport is shown as “MA.”, pero if ito ung ininput sa immi account ayaw magpush through. If tinanggal po ung period character, dun lang sya nagpupush through. Okay lang po kaya yun? Sa passport may tuldok, pero as immi account, walang tuldok?

Yes, it's perfectly fine to enter "Ma." as "Ma". Did the same thing for my mom when I applied for her tourist visa.

Hello! Applying visitor visa for my parents.

May valid US visa pa sila, pero attached yung US visa sa expired passport.

Do I need to put "YES" under "other passports or documents for travel" and enter their old passport number?

Hi. Ano bang immigration status mo sa AU now? Or same kayo applying for sc600?

Based on my experience, better chance of approval if other than funds easily accessible to you, you also have investments / VUL na matagal na sa home country, health/accident insurance that covers cases overseas.

Previous international travel/s without any records of overstaying is a ++.

Sa funds mo, make sure all your expenses including accommodation and flights can be covered.

Minsan yung iba sa sobrang laki ng funds, kahit madami pang properties or businesses to return to, hindi naapprove because the more money you have may imply that you have funds to settle in australia anytime you wish to pag andoon ka na.

Home ties are case-to-case and they vary depending on your situation. Mas okay if maeexplain mo sya ng maayos sa cover letter mo to DHA.

Hi, wala pa po nasa EOI stage pa lang ako. Etong sc600 talaga is purely for travel. Medyo kumplikado lang yung application namin kasi dumikit yung date ng vacation namin sa isang company-sponsored event kaya completely separated yung application namin ng sc600: mine will be applied by my employer while my wife will be our personal application that's why I would like to ensure that sufficient and strong yung documents na isesend namin for my wife's sc600 considering na unemployed din sya and we need to explain to the visa guys na ako ang magsponsor financially. For now ang home ties docs na meron kami is yung land title ng named after my wife and may isa din kaming conjugal. Will that suffice na kaya?
