@rhumy hindi naman masyado sila particular sa content. yun sa amin nilagay lng nya na its been a while na di kami nagkikita kaya ininvite nila kami na bisitahin sila sa Au. tpso binanggit nya na pede sa kanila kami mag stay at sabihan lang sila kelan para maka off sila sa work. tapos attached lang naming passport nun ng invite.

Im still thinking pa din kasi kng sa pinas ko sya iaaply ng spouse visa or dito na s oz. worried lng kasi ako baka paginapply ko sya ng tourist visa pra dto na un spouse e madeny kc wla pako permanent job or sufficient income to support her... Maybe ill ask my tito na tinitirhan ko dto if pwde sya ang mginvite nlng tutal full time working sya... Problem is baka mbgyan sya ng "no further stay" restriction so di ko dn sya maiaaply ng spouse visa dto if ever kasi need nya umuwi after her tourist visa....

yun nga ang prob kun may visa condition n no further stay. unfortunately, di natin mapredict un or kun atleast sana may indication sila na kun anong type ng application ang binibigyn nila nun kaso wala e. anyway, goodluck sa application ng wife mo.

Hi! I have a girlfriend in AU. Temporary visa holder lang sya kasi she's a student. Qualified ba sya mag invite for Visitor Visa? Anong chances ng approval?

@mj14 you can apply visit visa even without invitation. if someon invites you that increases your chances. though it all depends on your supporting documents - financial capacity while in Australia and most importantly you have reasons/proof to return back to PH once your visit is over.

@batman Thank you! Im currently employed naman, I can provide payslips and ITR. Kaya lang I doubt efficient ung bank account ko pero yung tita ko will support my travel sana kung matuloy ako. Is it okay na ang i-present ko na funds/bank statement is from my tita?

PS: Birthday ko din kasi ng October kaya yun sana reason ng holiday ko.

if u are submitting your aunt's bank statement then might as well ask her to sponsor u. ang problem kasi minsan if applying from PH, they consider your personal assets and reasons kun babalik ka p b or not.

@mj14 , Xiaamau82 is right, just ask your tita na bigyan ka invitation letter stating that she will be incharge for your expenses while you are in AU. so that left the other factor, to prove that you are coming back home. dapat may solid evidence ka. payslip ITR alone not enough. include mo contract showing na bound ka for certain year kong may contract man. or letter from employer. at ari arian din. car, lupa, bahay under your name.

@batman thanks guys! Nandito kasi ung tita ko sa pinas, diba ung invitation letter should come from someone sa AU? Wala ako contract sa employer, pero I can ask a letter na currently employed ako at my leave credits.

@mj14 that made the situation more intricate. pero nasa AU ba sya once nag vacation ka? kong babalik naman sya before ka babakasyon doon pede pa din magbigay ng invitation. pag wala sya doon sa intended bakasyon mo that's another story. letter will do.

hello po may tanong lang po sana ako.. gusto ko po sana mag apply ng tourist visa while waiting sa PV ko. medyo nagugulohan kasi ako kung tourist stream or sponsored-family stream po.. saan po ba dito mas mabilis? may husband is PR holder po sya. thanks

I will be traveling with my parents this sept 13-27 may ticket n kmi kakalodge Ko lng ng visa application namin yesterday. Yung Sa dad Ko may valid visa pa cya Pero Nde pedeng pang tourist. So nag apply kmi ng tourist visa 600 yung samin ni mom ok nmn Pero yung Sa daddy Ko nirerequire cya ng health assessment and required for medical exam 501 and 502.

Nabasa ko na 75 and up lng required Sa medical 61 lng dad Ko.

May naka experience n ba ng Ganito? And possible ba Na nagkamali ung case officer?

Hi @travellergirl sure po na hindi cya nagkamali. Like for our case and my cousin's case naman hindi sila hiningan ng bio metrics while kame meron. Kala namin nagkamali lang or malas na random kame sa bio meterics. Un pla nagchange cla ng rule pag dating sa batch namin. For ur dads case baka ganun talaga pag maritime visa cya.
