Inquiry: Initial Entry w/o Primary Applicant.

Good day.

I just have a question about initial entry without the primary applicant.

I was just given a grant recently and I'm thinking about my boy's schooling as I heard classes there start on September.

The dilemma I have is I still cannot resign from my current employer til October this year coz of a bond (business trip).

Is this possible or kelangan ko po talaga kasama ako na mag-initial entry with my dependents?

@rbolante : baka pwede pong samahan nyo na lang po muna sila kahit saglit lang para ma-enroll sa school ang kid nyo. yun nga lang po....mas magastos yun.

sabi ng sis-in-law ko na andun di naman daw pala ganun ka-strict pag pre-school pa lang ang bata so kahit kalagitnaan na ng pasukan pwede pa din pumasok unlike pag grade school na dun na kelangan sasabay talaga sa formal start ng classes. btw, my son is just 4 years old.

Question po sa mga 189/190 visa grantees with secondary applicants: Nakaspecify pa ba sa secondary applicant's visa condition na they must travel with or after the primary applicant? Ang alam ko sa visa 175/175 meron.

@chuella - regardless of visa type, that will always be a condition of entry for all secondary applicants..

@lock_code2004 saan po sa visa grant to makikita na d pwd mauna ang secondary applicant? Plan kasi namin na c hubby mauuna tapos xa ung dependent. Wla kasi nka lagay sa visa condition namin. 🙂

Sa pagkakaintindi ko, hindi magiging "IN EFFECT" ang visa without entry of the primary applicant.

This is logical actually kung iisipin natin. Kasi, ang migrant na nabigyan ng visa ay ang primary. Without whom, there is no visa. Also, pag hindi pa nag-entry, hindi pa active ang visa. Pwede pa eto ma-revoke/expired.

Dun sa visa grant, eto nakalagay:

Secondary Applicant: __

Date of Birth: __

Other infos:__

"VISA CONDITIONS: 8502"

Tapos sa 2nd page, nakalagay ang mga definition ng VISA CONDITIONS:

First entry date: You must make your first entry to Australia before XXXX . It is not possible to change this date.

8502 - Must not enter Australia before specified person:The holder of the visa must not enter Australia before the entry to Australia of a person specified in the visa.

So kung walang nakalagay na ganyan sa visa nyo, i guess walang conditions na hindi pwedeng mauna ang secondary.. to be sure, you can enquire with your CO 😉

@Nadine @lock_code2004 salamat po. Pgdating po ba sa australia wla na ba maraming tanong sa immig officer? Basta mapakita lng ung passport at visa grant mo?

actually passport nga lang ang hiningi, kasi may record nmn sila ng visa grant nyo..

make sure also na properly filled-up yung passenger card...

I can't find any thread related to my query kaya dito na po ako napapost. I have been granted a PR visa recently. I'm still deciding whether to have my first entry before or after I get married this December. Will there be any problem if magfirst entry ako after I get married? Or may kailangan lang akong isubmit na form to notify yung DIAC about my change in status? Thank you.

may kakilala din kami na nauna ang secondary. sumunod ang primary 3₄ months after. wala naman sila naging problem sa initial entry nila

also, as in walang question ung immigration regarding sa primary applicant kung asan or kelan ang punta ng oz?
