hi @kurztie , ill try to answer your questions based on my experience.
"Company A: 1 yr and 3 months (Philippines)
COE
No Payslip (but stated in the COE the monthly salary) in lieu of payslip you need to send sss contribution, or tax records for this. any document na makakapagpatunay ng employment mo is fine.
Company B: 4 yrs and 4 months (Philippines)
COE
Payslip
Company C: 1 yr 2 months (UAE)
No COE -if no COE,you can make a Stat Dec stating all the informations in the CoE and also the reason why you couldn't obtain the Coe from your company , but it should be signed by your HR or Manager, in my experience di ko na siya sinama kasi hassle. heheh
Payslip
Company D: 1 yr to present (UAE)
COE
Payslip
"Question lang din po, kasi nursing yung graduate course ko but yung work ko from the start is related na to admin/secretarial area so I am planning to have the Company Secretary (ANZSCO 221211 code). Hindi po ba siya maka affect sa assessment?"
- Im not really sure about the nursing degree, but some of us like me have occupation assessed which is different from my degree. For example, I graduated as an architect but my occupation is Illustrator. though some agent says, pag ganito ng scenario, the VETASSESS will deduct 3 years from your total work experience. Meaning kung may 10 years ka as Company secretary, iho honor lang nila is 7 years. Thats what I know. BUT, im not really sure how this works in Nursing graduates. kasi alam ko iba ang assessor niyo. (not sure) hope this helps.
