hi everyone...im new here...wanna ask wat are the requirements for skills assessment...and for the assessment, is it thru online? i thought kc im suppose to wait for my ielts result, b4 i can have my skills assessed..thanks for the posts here,i learned na ok lng pala mgpa assess while waiting for my ielts result....thanks much much much... 🙂)

@aileenaie -sa Vetassess po, no need to wait for IELTS result. Meron po on-line application at may paper application din.

Ano po ang nominated skill nyo?

you mean, nakalagay lang "in process" or "completed" sa status? Nagbago na nga... yung iba po dito nagpa fax ng copy ng result from Vetassess.

@GoToWaOZ Opo, nakalagay lang "completed". And that "it is their policy not to release the results by phone or email so we should wait for it in the mail".

Nakakabitin naman! Ayoko ipa-fax kasi naka-route sa admin email namin yung mga incoming faxes. #crossfingers

Hello friends! Is it okay if i'll call vetassess to follow up the status of my application? I applied on July 29, 2013 and vetassess received my initial documents on August 8, 2013. The 12 weeks processing have already passed but no result yet at the moment.

@michel_75 uu pwede mo sila tawagan. Ako nun tinawagan ko sila and more than 14 weeks bago ko natanggap yung result.

Help po, sino po may alam kung papaano ang payment sa stage 2 ng vetassess for practical demonstration for trade applicant. we are trying to pay using a debit card pero unsuccessful nklagay .

_ we have not been able to debit your credit card due to (incorrect credit card details, insufficient funds, your card not being authorised)_

nangaling na po kami sa bank and they said na intact naman yung funds namin.

may iba pa po bang paraan kung paano magbayad sa vetassess.

@apple - Have you checked the transaction limit of your card? In case po na exceed yun sa limit ng daily transaction set for your card, kailangan nyo po irequest na i-increase temporily. You can try calling yung hotline support ng bank ninyo to confirm kung wala po kayong access to internet banking to increase the daily limit.

tinanong mo ba sa bank mo kung meron pumasok or na - reject na transaction .. baka mali ang pangalan or card number or CV code or expiry date?

@apple: ...Baka po hindi pwede gamitin for international transactions ang debit card ninyo. Try nyo po gumamit ng credit card

@Umbenieyon Not yet. I called Vetassess last Friday and they told me that they are not yet done evaluating my documents; they are asking me to wait for couple of days more. 13 weeks have passed already but its okay to wait longer than the normal processing time as long as they will give me a positive results (praying so hard!).

Friends just received an email from vetassess today, and the content of the email is this:

"Your application for the Skills Recognition - General Occupations has been completed

and the result letter has been sent out by the selected mail service.

Please note that VETASSESS cannot disclose the outcome over the phone or email and therefore you are requested to wait until you receive the outcome letter."

Anyone here got the same email with mine?

I called them twice (after 12 weeks normal processing time) to follow up the status of my application, were they irritated with my calls that they give me this kind of email? As far as I know most of you here were allowed to know your results over the phone, thru fax and email. Am i correct?

I am so nervous and I don't know if I can still sleep well now, waaahhh! Whatever the results are I hope I can easily accept it.

I suggest na ipa-fax n'yo na po 'yung results, para malaman n'yo na. Otherwise, you would have to wait for some time until you receive the official hard copies of your skills assessment documents. All the best po!
