Indi required ng TRA ang IELTS but u still need that for the actual visa lodgement for claiming of points. U can claim 20 points if he managed to obtain a minimum score of at least 8 in each of the 4 components.
he can still claim 15 points for education since grad namn sia ng BA.

cafe or restaurant manager falls under Group C whcih requires at least Diploma and ung hotel or motel manager namn is group A, requires at least bachelor's degree. u can check other occupations na TRA ang skills assessing body na incharge.

@ Xiaomao82.. salamat sa reply. ito kasi un. nag apply ako as cnc programmer tru internet saka sa direct company. tapos pinalad nag reply sa akin ang employer din na interview ako. so far ok na. din sila na nag process ng 457 visa kumuha ng agent so nag file na me ng visa saka nag file na rin ng vetassess. naka pag medical na naka sign na nag employment agreement. so vetassess ung skill assessment ko na lang antay . after that nag email sa akin si vetassess na ung assessment ko is unsuccessful because my experience is not relevant to the position. graduate kasi ako ng electrical engineer dn sa experience ko nasa sheetmetal industry ako din isa akun product engineer hinahawakan ko rin ung cnc turret programmer .din ung occupation ko ay machinist class1. ito kaya ang problema sa occupation na inapplyan ko?

</blockquote>hingi ka explanation from VETASSESS bakti indi related ung work mo sa nominated occupation. minsan kasi may isang tasks kang indi inline sa ANZSCO kaya negative ung result. kelangn mong maintindihan whats the cause ng rejection kasi if u are to appeal, u need to address din kun san ka nagkulang. sa case mo kasi kung ang sabi is not relevant to the position. baka ung tasks mo ang indi inline sa ANZSCO ng nominated occupation mo. chineck ba ng agent mo kun inline ung tasks?

mejo mahigpit na kasi vetassess ngyn and pagkakaalam ko sa mga kakilala ko na rcent nag apply, ung iba talagang tinatawagan ng vetasses ung nagsign ng referral letter for verification. may case namn na inemail ung boss nia. so tlagang importante na malaman mo aling aspect ka nagfail. kun nag verify ba sila or dahil sa isang task or ano man. ask ur agent to seek clarification from vetassess. it would help u decide kun worth it ba na iappeal or not.

Naalala ko lang, inilagay ko kasi dun sa diploma ko na inupload, diploma. Dapat ba degree ang dinabi ko? Though nakasulat naman sa certficate, bachelor of science in nursing. Or with a degree in nuraing something like that. Iniisip ko kasi baka magka issue dahil nilagay ko dun sa title, diploma. Diba kasi diploma ang tawag satin?

which part ka na ba ng application mo? skills assessment? or visa lodgment? magkaprob ka kasi kung visa ludgement na gawa ng 10 points lang ang diploma.

Kasi from a migration agent friend, based sa Job Description ng husband ko better yet OH&S yung i-nominate namin na occupation. Yung referral letter ba should be coming from the workmates? Ex-workmates? What should we attach po ba for proof of their identity? dapat po ba handwritten and with attached ID and calling card? Thanks po!

Another Question: Di ko talaga ma-gets yung Category A na work sa VETASSESS. Pano po ba yung education qualification sa VETASSESS? Sectioning ba yun ng school kung saan ka nakakuha ng bachelors para equivalents sa Aus educ? Or dapat closely related sa nominated occupation. Iba iba po kasi nakikita kong sagot dito sa forum

sa pagkakaalm ko po, sobrang strict ng VETASSESS ngyn when it comes to assessment. they do all types of verification. email, telephone, database search, they even check websites ng mga employers to see whether there are job postings ng designation mo to match ung job description. the referral letter can be provided by your present or former colleague, mas ok siguro kung supervisor level ang mag sign. usually, pag nakaprint sa company letterhead ung referral letter, no need na for supporting docs nung nagsign.

Ang naaalala ko, yung COE ko may letterhead signed by our HR. Yung Resume na may detailed job description na may pattern ang vetassess, pag dating sa dulo andun yung mga persons na pwede nila tawagan which in my case are my former boss and colleague 🙂
