@jrgongon sa ielts may possibility n mka 20 pts k sir.. Kya wag mong alisin yung option n yun. Isa p required tlga ielts sa visa atleast 6.0

@pausatio ok na ako sa ielts last january pa sir un nga lang may 6.5 ako kaya competent english lang ako,....walang points na macrecredit...umaasa ako na maka 20 or 15 sa skills kasi as of now age ko 30 pts na...educ malamang 15 pts din base sa mga bachelor degree...so kung maka 15 ako sa skills assessment pasok na ako sa 60 pts...pero kung mas papalarin at makakuha ng 20 sa skills edi wow...mas masaya kasi 65 points na ako...hehehehe

Sir, pano po makkuha ng 20pts sa skills? as of now self assessment ko kasi 55pts lng din ako e....

dapat nasa 15 years ka atang nagwowork...hehehe...dko din alam eh.....pero ako kasi safe for 60 points so kung maka 20 points ako edi masaya..base sa self assessment kung more than 8 years ka ata nagwowork additional 20 points un...dko lang sure

@jrgongon sa nabasa ko kasi sir prang hngang 15 points lang max sa overseas experience (outside Australia)? sana nga meron, para umabot din ako ng 60pts hehehe

Pwede po ba magpatulong, magpapa-assess na po sana ako sa VETASSESS pero may doubt po ako sa occupation code ko. Pwede po ba talaga sakin ung Construction Project Manager (ANZSCO Code 133111) or should I choose Project Builder (ANZSCO Code 133112)? Kapag "Manager" po ba ung nakalagay sa code literally kailangan manager din po naging position ko? I was a Cadd Operator in Philippines then here in Singapore I was a Planning Engineer and now I'm a Construction Planner. Please help me naman po regarding on this matter. I studied Project Construction Management, btw. Thank you very much po.

@cathcath Hello i guess kelangan mo din i consider yung bachelors mo. If less than 5 years exp mo as project builder or cpm. Tsaka po yung job description mo. Nasa anzco search yung specific details nung dalawa. Mga special considerations etc :-)

@cathcath hi...nasa description ng ipapa assess mo ung mga details ng ipapa assess mo...i think hindi ka sa construction project manager...ako kasi kaya sa construction project manager literal ko kasi na hinahandle ang mga project on site kaya swak sa pina assess ko ung construction project manager...medyo ung work mo nag shift ka to three fields na medyo magkakaibang line...i think as a civil engineer ang category mo...pero dko lang sure....baka sa engineers australia ang mag aassess sa iyo...

@cathcath may i know kung ilang years ka naging cad operator...then ilang years ka naging planning engineer then ilang years ka din naging construction planner....then find the most common denominator sa kanilang tatlo then saka ka mamili ng field na ipapa assess mo...

1 year for cadd operator, 1 and 3 months for Planning Engineer and this October 2015 mag 3 years na ako dito sa current job ko as Construction Planner. Almost the same work naman ung sa Planning Engineer saka Construction Planner work ko.

Para kasing mas swak ako sa info na binigay sa CPM kesa sa Project Builder.hehe palagay ko lang naman..

@jrgongon - What do you mean na ang engineers australia ang mag-aasess sakin? Saka lahat naman ng work ko related sa construction at the same time nagmomonitor din ako sa site. Nag-work din pala ako sa project management firm, at first, on-the-job traing then inabsorb na ako ng company but hindi ako masyadong nagtagal dun. overall experience till date is 5.7 years na akong nagwowork excluded the OJT part. And one more thing, can I consider that sa points ko sa skilled occupation, at least 5 but less than 8 years = 10 points?

OJT for 4 months and 3 months as project management staff (same company), 1 year for cadd operator, 1 and 3 months for Planning Engineer and this coming October 2015 mag 3 years na ako dito sa current job ko as Construction Planner. Almost the same work naman ung sa Planning Engineer saka Construction Planner work ko.

@cathcath i think ndi nila kinoconsider kapag ojt...kailangan paid employment...sorry but hindi ko masagot ung concern mo,....sensya na...sa akin kasi kaya construction project manager ang ginamit ko kasi lahat ng coe ko na naprovide is construction project manager/project manager ung mismong nakaindicate na work....ung case mo kasi example dba nag cad operator ka...so ang category na pasok duon ay civil engineering draftperson...ung sa pagiging planner un ang ndi ko lang po alam kung sang category or criteria ka magfall...try ko isearch para matulungan ka

@cathcath pag mali ka ata ng napili na ipapa assess mo ba bye ang 27k mo....ndi ko lang sure pero un ang pagkakaalam ko kaya dapat tama ang ipapa assess mo...can you give me a more detailed job description mo as construction planner at planning engineer...ano ang mga ginagawa mo exact sa company para maassess natin ng maayos kung saan ka babagsak na category

Construction Planner

• Coordinating information for creating programs for individual projects using the required software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).

• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules including development of critical path and project float.

• Established sequencing and lead time of each material to meet client forecasted master schedule.

Planning Engineer

• Involve in planning of Tower Crane Layout and utilization.

• Preparing sub-structure construction sequence for excavation, piling and basement slab.

• Preparing monitoring work progress at site, plan sub-tasks in details, understand and coordinate structural, architectural and M&E works requirements.

• Preparing presentation and documentation for every site progress meeting.

• Responsible for construction planning of the project, liaising with clients / consultants on preparing construction program for site progress.

• Preparing HDB report to the Consultants.

• Preparing Productivity and Quality Presentation for company forum.

• Preparing site works arrangements, sequence and requirements, design temporary works requirements, and resolve drawings discrepancies.

@cathcath hi...based sa initial assessment ko ndi ka under sa construction project manager...kasi pag construction project manager ikaw dapat ung nagmumura sa site....ung tipong nakakalbo na at laging banas sa patrabaho...ung tipong sinasapak mo ung mga tauhan...hehehe...ganun kasi ako eh...parang more on software related ka eh...sa tingin ko in general as civil engineer ang pasok ng case mo...as civil engineer alam ko sa engineers australia ang assessing body mo but kuha ka pa din ng second opinion ha...nagkataon lang kasi na ung pina assess ko literal na literal na umangkop sa akin...hehehee
