@cylin - did you send the original documents to vetassess?

if yes, then yes, you will need another set of documents for the visa application..
not only that, you should always have a hard copy of the original docs to keep for yourself ( you might need during job application for example)..

Sorry, what i meant was the notarized documents and original docs like Statutory Declaration taken from SG, Affidavit of Employment were submitted.

If you don't have the soft copy, you will need to notarize the required documents by DIAC. In my case, dalawang set pinanotarised/CTC ko, isang set nsubmit sa Vetasess, another i kept it. I have also, scanned all the CTC/notarised docs for submission to DIAC as attachment during your EOI/lodgement of Visa. Thats what i understand

Ang tagal lumabas ng results! The 12th week came and went last week, no word from Vetassess 🙁

Im worried baka mag sara na yung occupation ko for SS in SA, low-availability na sya ngayon.

Hmm matagal pala talaga vetassess ngaun. Minsan 16 weeks pa daw. Dapat pla sa cpaa/icaa nalang din ako nagpaasses pwede din kasi ako sa external auditor =(

Hello all! I'm just going to tell you guys my story and possibly ask for your opinion. I am considering having my skills assessed as a photographer. My current job does a bit of that though the job description is a bit wider. My official title for a school I work part-time for is On-call Multimedia Specialist. Basically, I handle all their photo and video coverages, as well as some lightweight layout and designing. My concern is because I am only doing it as a part-time stint, I am not included on their official payroll. The only proof of employment they can provide me with is a statement of employment/ certificate of employment, which I think is not sufficient for VETASSESS. I also can't get any of those for my side jobs as a freelance photographer. The only payslip I can get is from my former job but that job is not related to my nominated skill. What I can give vetassess though is my photographer's portfolio. But that's pretty much it.

Can any of you give me an advice on how to process my requirements? Or are my chances really slim and I should give it up for now?

I will really appreciate your input.

Ang tagal pala talaga ng Vetasses sana dumating na yung results mo within the next 2 weeks as stated sa website naman 10-12 weeks. 🙂

Ako mid july pa siguro arrrg wrong move. I should have chosen icaa instead. Sana hindi magbago skillset list after july at wag malaki ang fees increase =)

@vhoythoy onga. ipagpray natin yan. 🙂 Wala pa naman akong IELTS so, nde ko muna iintinidhin yang vetasses focus muna sa IELTS. ideally pagdating ng vetasses results tas may magandang score na sa ielts eh di mkakapag submit na ng EOI. yun ay ideal lang naman.

hello everyone. sino po nakakaalam how long ang processing time ng PTA (qualification assessement only). May positive outcome na po ako from TRA pero Certificate level III lang. gusto ko kasi i-claim 15pts sa qualification since nasa section 1 naman school ko. Kaya i-try ko ipa-assess sa Vetassess. Sino po ba naka-experience na sa inyo ng ganun? Thanks in advance!!!

Hi,

Question lang po sa mga nakapagpa asses na before sa vetassess. Kailangan ba yung job title sobrang sakto yung wordings sa nominated occupation? like ako nominated occupation ko kasi events and conference organiser. yung isang job ko events exec so, walang prob dun. Yung isa naman yun job title ko noon sa Pinas eh "Senior Administrative and Operations Officer" medyo vague diba? Kailangan ko ba pakiusapan ung ex-boss ko na lagyan ng word na "Events" yun job title ko? kahit na nagbigay naman siya ng detailed CoE na may job description naman na nagcocomply sa requirements ng nominated occupation ko? plus the company name itself nagmention na ng word na "events" kasi full service events company na to.

I just want to know kung gaano ka-sensitive ang vetassess sa job title palang? iniisip ko kasi kung sa job title lang pala sila magbabase para saan pa ang detailed CoE? natanong ko to kasi ask dn ako ni agent kung possible ba na ma-insert un word na events sa job title ko before meaning request nanaman ng new CoE. hindi masyadong convenient kasi nasa SG ako at sa Pinas ang work na to.
