Got an email from our CO(GSM Brisbane). Requesting for Form 80 and AFP(Australian Federal Police) Check. Kailangan na pala namin nung AFP check since more than 1 year na kami na sa AU.

@agrande Hi. nakapag provide ako ng Certificate of Employment lang. tapos kailangan pa daw nila ng additional proof gaya ng pay slips, offer letter, job contract, salary certificate etc..

@agrande wag tayong kabahan kasi kung may requirements eh kaya naman iprovide. oo nga pala, akala ko pag mga bata, di na kailangan mag medical. nirequire pa rin nila mag medical ung 2 yrs old ko eh. wala nga lang x-ray.

@CPAjadee Yes, pati nga new born required mag-medical. Pero simple check lang daw sa newborn like weight, measurements, eyes, etc..

Share ko lang din experience ko, since my wife is pregnant and due for delivery later this April. iho-hold daw ng clinic ung Health assessment nya until mgx-ray sya around next month, bawal kasi sa pregnant ang x-ray. Status ng health assessment ko na ngayon is "Health clearance provided – no action required" while kay wife is "Examinations in progress".

So no risk of DG na siguro, wala naman siguro nabibigyan ng DG while may pending pang health assessment db?

Hopefully my first contact na si CO by this month and para mainform ko din sila officially kay baby. 🙂

Hello all. May tanong lang ako at mejo off topic. Kasi waiting nadin kami ng wife ko sa visa. Nakumpleto namin lahat ng docs at pinasa / ni-lodged namin nung March 11. May consultant kami. Ngayon nag email sakin ang consultant sabi kung meron daw ako na previous employers na nag close kasi daw baka tinatawagan ng case officer at walang sumasagot , baka daw magka problema. Sabi ko naman meron, dalawang binili ng ibang kumpanya at nagiba ang pangalan at isa nag close last year. Yung tatlong companies na yan ay nakapag provide ako ng certificate of employment. Tanong ko lang kung meron ba akong kapareho na case dito na nakakuha padin ng visa. Maraming salamat po!

Ask ko lang po. Ano po ang start ng count ng 5 yrs PR visa? From the grant date or from the time na nag first entry?

Kasi plan ko initial entry muna tapos balik ako Sg work for 1 year muna.

@Crackedtooth, ako po 2 companies na nagpalit ng pangalan. Ung mga coe ko from them, ung current names na nila. Pero ung mga additional proof ung old name. Inindicate ko sa form 80 as additional details na nagpalit sila ng name

@mi_yane hello! Una, salamat sa reply, appreciate it. 🙂 Sabi ng consultant namin na gumawa na lang siya ng urgent note sa application namin (GSM Brisbane). Tapos tinanong ko kung anong ginagawa niya kapag may cases na ganto at eto ang sagot niya:

Yes I’ve had cases like this before and usually a note is fine to let the case officer know.

Pwede ulit magtanong? Yung iba sinusulat DG and yung iba Visa grant, may difference ba? At ano ibig sabihin ng IED? Salamat.

DG - direct grant...ndi ka kinontact ng co or case officer..nareceive mo lang na email ay approved na ang visa mo

VISA GRANT - As what it says grant na ang visa mo

IED - initial entry date...tama po ba?on or before dapat nakatuntong ka na sa oz sa petsang ito
