The purpose for this letter is not meant to destroy the credibility of other remittance company,I just want to inform others about the problem of this remittance so that they have a choice if whom they should gonna trust their money.
I’m already here in Australia for more than 6 years with my family and I’m using Forex from day 1 because just like you I’m find it convenient,easy to deal and your money will sent immediately in the Philippines.Recently I’m have some issues with them,,I found at in the recent months that I sent my money in the philipiines it won’t get there for the same day or next day and when I ring them they would insist the print copy of receipt from the bank or screen shot of your deposit slip even you sent a small amount of money( less than $200) I inquired with them why that should be the issue when in fact before I’m just sending my money to their account and bingo! my money would arrive in the Philippines for the same day(as long as you sent in the morning) the forex team answered that they need the screen shot or receipt so that they can sighted the money immideately and based on my experienced if you cannot produced the screenshot it will take 48 hrs or more than (as long as you keep calling and berate them) before your money will be sighted,,I ask them 3 questions, the first question is,Do they have millions of customer every day sending remittance in the Philippines to keep them struggling sighted your money and that’s why they are asking screen shot, to be able them to sight your money,? 2nd question I ask them,Do the screen shot have a magical numbers that they can sight your money immediately in which I tried to see,analyse my screenshot hundred times to be able to see if there are magical numbers but to no avail and to my dismay,it’s only contain your handwriting and your name,3rd question,I ask them if they are using “Mano Mano” system that they can’t track your money without the screen shot?...In amy 3 questions they only answer that they can give to me is ahh..that is only our requirements to sight your money immediately.
Think about this:…asking a screen shot or receipt is already inconvenient to us as a customer,we are not anymore living in the Philippines that when you pay your water or electricity bills you should keep your receipt from day 1 until your last breath on this earth otherwise if you have some issues with the bill you won’t be entertain immideately,you should do extra more leg work to go to the higher ups before your issues will be given attention and the reasons for that is you have NO receipt..If you are travelling or in a hurry and you CANNOT secure a screen shot after you sent your money, you have to call them from 48hrs to nTH time before they can sighted your money and the culprit of that is the mighty screenshot…The forex have no other solution to find your money in their system if you cannot show them the screenshot, they (forex) is giving the burden to their customer to prove that you sent your money which I find it different when you deal in the banks here in Australia,when you sent your money in other bank account here in Australia and after a couple of hours it did not reach to the other bank account ,you can ring the bank and ask them why? and the bank itself won’t ask you a receipt or a screen shot of your deposit….they will simply ask your name and address….they are the one giving solution to your querry not you yourself..I know the term re checking and making sure that the money is coming from you but why if you can’t produce the screenshot they won’t be able to sight your funds…in short they have no back up solutions that they can offer to you, instead they will keep insisting of the FucXXXXXing screen shot.In living in the first world country where online transaction is common the keeping of screen shot or whatever is already outdated and uncommon,the present system can tract your transaction if your do your business online and to my frustration in so many times the forex team can’t offer their help to their customer instead their customer is the one that carrying the burden of proving.If they have a problem in their system why not opening office in every place in Australia so that they can sight the funds even without the screenshot if their problem is their outdated system ..
Therefore, I concluded that they have 3 possible problem…1st their system is outdated that they Can’t sight your money if you don’t have a screenshot, 2nd they have millions of funds every day that they are struggling to keep up.3rd their employee want and easy and hassle job that if they encounter problem in the remittance, they won’t take a single minute to think what would be the other way to solve the problem but rather give back that problem to the customer and let him find the solution,otherwise his money won’t arrive in the Philippines….in short….the tamad system is inflicting their system not the outdated system..
My family,my relatives and friends is already come up with a solution to use the other remittance company started yesterday,althought there are little difference in exchange rate but the most important thing is they are there to help us in finding solutions not doing the opposite (as been the practice of forex)..
