Guys, need your opinion. I am applying for an entry level role which I applied directly, I am done with the final interview and after a day, they asked for a character reference na. So I assume anytime within next week may offer na since I don't think magkakaproblem sa mga referees ko. However, suddenly, recruiters are now connecting with me after more than 2 months of not hearing from them. They are referring me to a lot of positions na mas mataas ang salary and mas mataas ang position. Question is, should I pursue yung entry level na maliit ang sweldo pero kilalang company? Or just try the positions that recruiters are offering me? I know the latter is not for sure since I have to undergo another series of interviews pero mas fit kasi sila sa career level ko. And recruiters keep on saying na dapat ganun daw hanap ko and that's my worth daw or nambobola lang ba sila? Dun sa entry-level, talagang I have to move 3 steps backward. That's why during interviews they keep on asking me if I am okay with the salary. Of course I said yes kasi wala naman ako iba option at that time. Ayoko naman tanggapin ang offer and then less than 1 month aalis na ako, parang out of respect and integrity, di ko ata kaya. Or meron ba sa inyong ganito experience? 🙂
