There were case na may nagpaparent pero sapilitang nanghihingi ng upfront fee even though hindi pa nakikita yung unit. Please be be careful, never risk your money without viewing the unit.

Please help to report to admins or moderator kung may members na nghihingi ng advance payment kahit hindi nyo pa nasisilip ung room. We dont have a way to detect these scammers.
