@TotoyOZresident hi po.thanks for following through my posts. Sent napo yung signed Form 815 and twice kop po sinend since Monday this week pa po. Nagfollow up uli ako kay J. Amistad dik sure kung CO ko yun na naginform that my medical has been successful yet wlang response until now po..sana today irelease kac di tlga nagpaparamdam na since .submitted yung Form 815

No visa decision yet. More than 3weeks of waiting na 573 svp pa.ano kaya na ito signed form 815 na for health undertaking and almost 1week na nkalipas after submittng signed form 815.mabgal ata granting ngayon ng visa

ask ko lang po..if magiinitial entry me sa OZ ng <b>1 week</b> lang then may 815 form me, how it works?

at pwede ba kumuha un primary applicant ng medicare card even yun secondary applicant eh may 815?

@stabilo..yes pwdeng pwde poh..sa pag apply ng primary applicant ng medicare included na po jan lahat ng secondary.. So isang application lg kayo.. Eventhough my form 815 kau u r still eligible for medcare ksi my visa na kau..aq nga pgka apply q ng PR kumuha kaagad aq ng medcare kaht on the process pa visa q.

Ask kolng po ditoif meron pinasign na mg Form 815 Health Undertaking then after maisubmit ay nadeny pa din ang visa? Natagalan irelease after signing ang visa? Worried lng po ako at antagal igrant yung akin.

I've been waiting for 25days na since I lodged receipt my Student Visa 573 and til now wla pang result. My medicals have already been finalised. Omg bakit po kaya ganito nakastreamlined daw 14days standard. I emailed my CO-J Amistad last week almost every otherday pero buong week no reply pati yung sa system generated auto reply wla din confirmation.me cut off date po or capping for studentvisa? My class is due 11june and namove kon nga yun last 6may dapat. LORD pls grant napo..

Its a week ago when I submitted my requires Form 815 Health Undertaking but no visa grant pa din. Due nap processing ko for 14 days at umabot na 25days knowing nakastreamlined visa 573.bka closed ngayun granting nila. Me capping o kaya student visa applications?

@franz25, I am not sure kung pinagsign ka ng Form 815 eh formality na lang at sure na visa grant kaagad. I haven't heard any case na na-deny. Baka pinasasabik ka lang ng CO mo hehe. Yung case ng kilala ko eh one email ung Form 815 at visa grant. Pinapugsbmit sya ng Form 815 pero may visa grant na.

@Khaosan_Road uu nga yun din alam ko at katakot takot na hirap ko follow up para lng maclear yung medical ko at Printority list pa ng CO ko at minadali pa ako submit ng Form 815 last week dahil successful nga medical clearance ko then wla nako narinig from J Amistad CO ko.kakatorete tlga if ano na.kla ko magrant nak last week at nabasa ko din halos sa thread dito grant dn tlga.hay thanks so much sa encouragement..binomba kon nga ng email at bka natutulog lng nmn sa pansitan. Wlang reply pa din kahit yung auto response sa system nila..di kya wla nako sa system at granted nako..hay sana nga...

Nag-sign ako dati ng Form 815 pero yung form is binigay kasama nung Visa Grant

@Birhen_ng_Guadalupe uu nga almost cnasabi sa ibang comments sa ibang groups kapag pinasign na ng Form 815 good as approved na sila.kainis yng akin pinatagal pa after ko magsubmit last monday last week. Kabado nko sa case ko at bakit ntgalan saakin?

dapat ok na yan kasi yung 815 binibigay lang pag ok na yung visa. It's just an instruction for you to contact them pag nakalapag ka na sa Oz to sched yung med exam. Yun lang medyo katagalan portion ngayon ang mga meds but patience lang. Kung mapansin mo timeline ko ang tagal din ng agwat dagil sa meds

@Birhen_ng_Guadalupe yup.medyo nakakahinga ako sa words of encouragemnt mop.di na rin kumontak sakn CO ko a week na nkalipas after I forwarded the HU Form 815. At saka wlng purpose yungForm na pinafillupan kung di rin namn igrant kac sworn declaration yun to consult au doctors once i enter oz. Ano kaya causing the delays.worried ako sa namove kon sked next week at bka di nmn umabot at wla nakong option imove uli at end na or else ipapadefer ko nmn next 2nd sem intake..grabe tlga hirap nito.. anyway thanks for sharing tlga your thoughts and insights. i aporeciate it very much.

hi @franz25, sa case namin, it took 7 working days before kami ma grant ng Visa 🙂

Nag submit kami ng HU last May 23. Then na grant kami ng visa today June 3🙂

@peach17 medyo matagal rin pala hinintay nyo from CO allocation to visa grant... more than two mos din pala... ano po nangyare in between?

@peach17 matagal dn pla after signing HU. Ako pang7days na today din.sana igrant naat din nagrereply sa ff up email ko kahit yung sa auto response lng.thanks sa info.

Medyo matagal po kapag may health undertaking pero don't worry magiging okay din lahat. Pagdating naman dito, tatawagan mo lang yun number na sinabi, tapos bibigyan ka ng "Reference Number". Hold on to that kasi proof yan na tinupad mo yun end of the bargain. Kasi nakasulat yata dun dapat contact mo sila within a month. (Correct me if I'm wrong). Meron din kasi kami ganyan sa visa conditions.

Ang prob lang sa meron 815 condition, instead na 12 months ang initial entry date na ibigay sa iyo, 6 months lang.

Btw, sasabihin dun sa Health Undertaking na office medyo busy madami inaasikaso.. blah blah.. tapos hindi na sila tatawag. Parang formality lang siya.

April 24 - Received Confirmation Receipt / Student Acknowldgmnt Letter with Attached Health Assessment Referral Letter for Medical Exams

April 25 - Initial Medical Exam at Natonwide Health Systems Aux, Makati City

April 30 - Follow up Additional Test for elevated blood pressure at Nationwide Mkt

May 3 - Nationwide Forwarded Medical Results to E-medical Systems Australian Embassy - Global Health Unit for medical clearance

May 6 - Forwarded additional documents : Form 129 (Change of Contact Email Address for Correspondence) and other supporting docs; DIAC Office Australian Embassy Manila acknowledged Receipt

May 20 - Received email enquiry reply from K. AURELIO - DIAC VISA Office informing me that "the application is still being assessed against the relevant legislatative criteria and still awaiting the medical clearance from Global Health Unit (GHU) in Australia for a referred medical results.

May 23 - Received email enquiry reply from K. AURELIO - DIAC VISA Office advising me that Global Health Unit has put my medical clearance finalization on PRIORITY LIST and to advise me the soonest they receive feedback from GHU

May 23 - Forwarded via email the Revised copy of my COE, Letter of Offer and Letter Authorising for Late Arrival for the Change in the Schedule of Study period / joining date from 6 May 2013 to 11 June 2013 with DIAC Acknowledgmnt receipt

May 27 - Received email enquiry reply from J. AMISTAD - DIAC Visa Office with Position No. ----+++ informing me l "medical assessment has been successfully finalised with request to forward s completed Form 815 Health Undertaking

Sent email w/ attachment of the signed Filled out Form 815 HU to J. AMISTAD; no receipt confirmation from DIAC received

May 28 - Re-sent Form 815 to confirm forwarding of required documents, again no receipt confirmation given

Onwards -------- sent emails almost every other day but still no response from J.AMISTAD received also even from the usual auto-generated system reply none

At present, eto NGANGA...waiting pa din kung kelan mahihinog ang santol...simba simba araw araw..punas sa mga santo sa Quiapo at luhod sa St. Jude Church sa may Malakanyang..nakalimutan ng magsuklay and worst naglalakad ng kinakausap sarili....ewan kolng kung aabot pa..buti nlng meron ditong forum at nkkasustain ng pag - asa at pagod sa kaiisip.
