Im a Heavy equipment mechanic here in philippines with 3 years experience and was also a 1 year light vehicle mechanic.. Im also planning now to get abroad in Australia either way by Independent skilled visa or Employer sponsored visa? i know po mas ok po Employer sponsored but these past two months I just do a surveyed here in philippines, konti lang nag hhire na agency. So i think to have an option with Independent skilled visa and i have question to ask with you po..
with pointing system, what score in ielts should i get? assuming in my career path being a heavy equipment mechanic?

How much should i expect in processing of my application?
