I'll be making my big move to Aussieland in <b><u>5 June 2016</u></b>, so it's still a long while from now. However, I'm still positive that I might be able to find an accommodation as early as now, hence, this post.
Here are some of my preferences that you might want to know:
south/southeast/southwest Brissie (close to Annerley would be ideal)
$200 or below rent per week
unit/granny/houseshare are all fine
fully furnished bedroom
private bedroom (no roomies)
all female in the house (as much as possible)
pet-free accommodation (non-negotiable)
