State Sponsorship - Multiple EOIs for Different States

Hi everyone,

Gusto ko lang sanang humingi ng advice regarding sa ganitong approach. Plan ko kasing mag submit ng EOI for both VIC and NSW. Hindi ko lang po sure if ano ang implications ng ganitong diskarte at kung makaka affect ba to sa state sponsorship.

sa VIC nomination application kasi, tinanong ako if nag apply ba ako sa ibang state.

Meron ba silang way para malaman if nag submit ka ng state application sa ibang states?

Sana po may mag clarify or mag share ng experiences.

May unique EOI number ka and they will use this to access your information sa skillselect. Kaya multiple EOIs kasi meaning hindi ka mag apply sa any state sa eoi mo.. I think they won't see it.

@se29m yes po.. balak ko po sana separate EOI for different state. Natakot lang ako dun sa isang tanong sa VIC application form dahil tinanong if nag apply na ba ako in some other state.

Also, is EOI counted as an application to another state? Ang pagkakaintindi ko, officially applied ka pa lang once magpasa ka na ng state nomination application. For NSW kasi, need lang nila ng EOI mo stating them as your preferred state, tapos makakatanggap ka nlng ng email to apply for NSW nomination.

Saka bro, alam mo ba kung ano yung mga requirements for NSW nomination? sa site nila kasi hindi naman nakasulat ata. Sinabi lang nila na mag eemail na lang sila once mapili ka nila to apply for state nomination.

@rich88 nsw not so sure. si tropa @engineer20 matulungan ka hehehe

@rich88 simple ka requirements na kailangan ipasa once mapili ka ng nsw. kailangan mo lang docs to support your claimed points. wag kang kabahan sa paggawa ng mutilple EOI dahil 2 din ang EOI ko dati. tulad ng PM ko sa iyo dati submit ka sa vic at nsw.

@engineer20 ok bro.. Ang intindi ko kasi dati sa case mo is nag submit ka lang ng EOI to NSW once nareceive mo na yung result mo noon sa VIC. Pinalitan mo yung desired state from VIC to NSW diba?

@rich88 yup nagpalit lang ako ng preferred state from VIC to NSW pero may isa pa akong EOI na any state naman.

Also, qualify for 190 Victoria State Nomination so would it be good idea to submit separate EOI 190 Vic?

Will there be any negative impact?

In Victoria state nomination form, it's asked whether I have applied to any other state so what to mention ?

Hi @engineer20 @rich88 ano maaring implication if "any" ang state mo sa EOI? Gusto ba ni nsw na sila lang indicate sa eoi ng applicant? Thanks!

@Diana__Jane baka walang pumansin ng eoi mo pag nakalagay any, or baka matagalan. Karamihan ng state gusto nila na yung state nila lalagay mo sa EOI for 190 at isa na dun ang NSW.

@Diana__Jane kung 190 ang gusto mo mas ok na maglagay ng preferred state.

Any changes made in your EOI will affect the date of effect. You're going to be at the back of the queue again. Ranking will not change if only the preferred state is updated.

I suggest that you create another EOI and tick 189/190 with preferred state as NSW.

Nag apply ako separate eois sa qld, nsw at vic for 190. Each eoi ko specific state talaga naka select, hindi yung any state. Same email gamit. Wala namang problema. Na invite ako qld at nsw. Una si qld, eh ang sakit ng requirement so umatras ako. Walang hassle si nsw, payment lang. Sa awa ng diyos na invite na ako sa 189. So pinaexpire at withdraw ko nalang both.

@OzyCebuano offing an EOI and indicating the state of preference doesn’t mean you have applied for state sponsorship, it only means you’ve expressed your interest, unless you have actually submitted a state nomination application.

@RheaMARN1171933 ok thanks. Btw, I just submitted EOI for 189. Planning to submit for 190, VIC too. Do I need to create this new EOI from scratch talaga? Like manually enter the same info I did for 189? Or is there a way to copy the data and just change the visa type?

Hi Guys, just want to confirm. Can you submit 2 EOI's at the same time for 190? Balak ko sana mag submit sa Queensland tpos NSW.. If yes, paano gawin yun? create new userid and password or no need? Thank you po 🙂

@cyborg5 I'm planning to apply for QLD 190 as well. Pwede pa forward ng requirements to prepare them ahead po? No choice kasi ako, need to go to QLD..
