(Need help) Experience Points Claim

Need help:
I have 2 experiences:
Company A: 2010 to 2012
Company B: 2012 to current
Both are positively assessed as related to my nominated occupation by EA.

On my EOI, since minimum requirement to get maximum experience points is only 10 years, I only included company B.

However, on SA nomination I included company A as it is asking to include "past employment". However, my exp in company B already meets SA's minimum requirement which is 3 years.

Will this be an issue for nomination approval?
if ever I get an ITA I should stick to company A as it matches my EOI?

I dont see any issue if they will differ. Whats the issue you are concern about? Consistency?

bloombery2020 yes, only that. I believe this is my last chance of getting an invitation, so I want to be consistent. the different rules and requirements are confusing me. South Australia mentioned in their FAQs that I should indicate all experience as they dont have a point system. do you know anyone who still had their nomination approved after doing something similar to what I did?

landdragon20 This won’t cause any problem. In the EOI, you should list all your jobs but only claim points for the experience that is positively assessed and that you want counted. That follows Home Affairs rules.

South Australia also requires you to declare all past employment in their nomination form, so including Company A and B is correct.

If you get an ITA, you just provide evidence for everything you declared. Your points stay based only on the experience you claimed.
