Hello Everyone, Would like to get you inputs lang how’s the job market for SAP HCM/SF Consultant in Australia?
I’m planning to apply and look for a sponsorship, offshore. However, I only have experience in SAP HCM and I do not have any exp yet in SAP SF - ongoing self study for SF modules and certification + currently reviewing as well to get a superior in PTE (hoping it will help my case).
I’ve checked the invites din kasi for 189/190 ICT BA/SA, and points are pretty competitive (current points are at 80) while people are getting invited at 95 - 100!
My fiancè is currently in AU under 485 visa which will expire next year (currently working as an Early childhood educator) - actively looking for sponsorship as well.
Our options are:
Plan A: Both of us look for a sponsorship until her visa expires - if one of us got a sponsorship > one of us will apply as a dependent.
Plan B: If her visa expires, and no sponsorship, I’m planning to study my masters in australia - then have her as my dependent during my student visa. This will be for 2 years, then apply for a graduate visa - and hopefully get a sponsorship during this period.
If no sponsorship during this period, we will try to lodge on 491/494.
Looking to get anyones inputs on our plan.
