May chance pa po ba ang isang tao na software tester with automation, business analysis, and project management na niche mainvite sa au?
Checking out realistic expectations po, I am very much aware na mahirap talaga ang market ngayon. I've read and researched almost everything on how to apply, where to start, alamin ang pts mo, and where do you stand before mag lodge sa EOI.

Oo, may chance pa, pero kailangan mo ng very realistic at strategic ang approach.
Mahina ang IT market ngayon, pero hindi zero, lalo na kung automation-heavy ang background.

Mas realistic na roles ngayon:
Software Tester / QA Automation Engineer (pinaka-ok entry)
ICT Business Analyst (secondary option)
Project Manager – usually later, not as first AU role

Yung combo na automation + BA + PM is actually a strength, pero wag i-position as "jack of all trades". Sa AU market, mas gusto nila clear primary role, tapos yung BA/PM is value-add lang.

Sometimes it is not always about skills and experience. Let's be realistic here. There heaps of people applying for work and most of them will have the same skill set and experience as you have. Maybe better. If the job market is saturated, one best thing to do is make your CV stand out. Be creative. Ditch the conventional and boring CV layout. Make your CV simple but creative. I got this advise from a friend. Worked 100%.

For example, my work experience relies heavily on data gathering and manipulation and we use MS Excel. Instead of using boring borders and fonts for my header, I used something like this:
