We have available room for rent in a 3-BR house in Rooty Hill.
8-10min walk to/from Rooty Hill Train station (with express trains to SYD CBD every 7mins).
2min walk to bus stops.
You will be sharing the house with 3 filo professionals (hybrid work set up so we work from home 3-4 days per week)
Bills (gas, electricity, and internet) are equally shared among the 4 housemates (you included)
Chores are also equally divided ☺️
Fully furnished house. With plenty of street parking.
You can cook your own meals and do your own laundry.
If you would require an office table, we can also provide.
The room comes with a single bed. But we are also selling the double bed in the photo in case you are interested).
Rest room will be shared with 1 housemate.
The house is 5min walk to Fresh Food Market rooty hill and other filo shops/food shops. Also close to IGA.
