We are a couple in our 30's in a 4-bedroom home. We are renting out one of the two extra rooms (you are free to choose which one you like). Furnished with a bed, TV, cabinet, storage organizer.
It is $250/week with some bills included, electricity paid quarterly and split between all of us in the house (approx $100-$150 a quarter). There is a bathroom in front of the room and a separate toilet on the ground floor. It is a shared bathroom with 2 people who occasionally visit us - it is all yours otherwise if they are not around.
The house is in a quiet street dividing Riverstone and Rouse Hill, bus stop is 3 minutes walk, the Tallawong metro is about 10minutes commute away. The CBD will be a 30 minute metro ride. Ideal for full-time workers or students. We also negotiate the rent, just shoot us a message or we can talk when you come see the house. Also... Must be clean, tidy, kind and be ok with cats (we have two) who have their own little corner in the garage and doesn't bother people.
