Hi btrzg , I think for Architectural Draftsman, VETASSESS usually yung assessing body — but I’ll share based on experience with ACS since medyo similar yung expectation when it comes to evidence 👇
In general, important talaga yung financial evidence to prove na legit and paid yung employment. Yung payslips (lalo na cash-based) + Statement of Service, usually kulang siya on its own, especially if walang third-party proof like bank or tax records.
Sa case mo, pwede mo i-supplement with:
- Statutory declarations (from employer or ikaw mismo)
- Affidavit explaining yung cash payment setup
- Company docs (e.g. business registration, proof na legit yung company)
- Other supporting docs like contracts, emails, timesheets
Pero just to be transparent — supporting lang si stat dec, hindi siya kapalit ng financial evidence. May chance pa rin na i-mark as “not suitably evidenced” yung work experience and hindi siya ma-count.
Usually mas nakakatulong if meron ka pa nito (if available):
Any proof ng salary kahit partial (resibo, vouchers, etc.)
Government records (SSS, tax, kahit konti lang)
If wala talaga, possible na hindi ma-count yung experience na yan sa skilled years mo.
Important lang din: wag mo i-anyhow submit lang. Try to build the strongest case possible para highest chance ma-approve.
If unsure ka, better to reach out to a registered migration agent para ma-assess nila properly yung situation mo before ka mag-submit.
Baka may iba dito na VETASSESS mismo ang experience and can share their exp.
