Hi po! I haven’t personally lodged one, but from what I’ve heard from others who went through the process, certified true copies from a Notary Public in the Philippines were generally accepted, and they didn’t always need to apostille everything at the start.
In some cases though, they may still request additional verification later on depending on the case officer.
