Preparing to lodge my son. He is 19yo.
Di na naman siguro need ng consent ng father nya kasi adult na sya?
if may magshare sana paano sinubmit ang docs? nakafolder with labels po ba or derecho print and send?

Hi po. Since 19yo na po siya, generally hindi na need yung father’s consent na usually required for minors/under 18.

For Child Visa 101 though, since over 18 na siya, mas important yung evidence na dependent pa rin siya sa sponsoring parent, like studies, financial support, and not married/de facto.

For paper application, mas okay po na organised siya with labels or sticky tabs, plus a simple checklist/index on top. Hindi naman need na super fancy folder, basta madaling sundan at hindi halo-halo yung documents. Also keep a scanned copy of everything before sending.
