Hello po!! Yung free standing laboratory po na pinagtrabahuhan ko before ay nagpalit na ng name. Ano po ang dapat ilagay sa Certificate of Employment (COE)? Dapat po bang gamitin ang current name at letterhead, o yung name na gamit noong employed pa ako? Thank you po

nikkiibee If the company has already changed its name, you can still use the current name on the letterhead. You may also request that they include the former company name in your COE, written as: “was employed by [Current Company Name] (formerly [Former Company Name]) from XXXX to XXXX.”
