Hi guys!
ACS requested that we submit the original email trail in .eml or .msg format as additional evidence for an employment episode. However, when we try to upload the file through the “Provide Additional Information” section of the ACS portal, it appears to accept PDF files only.
We already downloaded the original email as an .eml file, but we cannot upload it directly to the portal. We also tried adding .pdf to the filename, but the system still did not accept it.
Has anyone received the same request from ACS? How did you submit the original .eml or .msg file? Did you send it directly by email, provide a Google Drive link in a PDF cover letter or use another method?
