sana ma grant na din visa ko... invited May 24, May 26 time lodge all my papers... contacted by CO june 14 nakalimutan ko kasi AFP check ko... now waiting pa din.. been a lurker on this topic.. God bless us all, sana umulan ng grants soon!! 🙂

Hello All, Nacontact na ako ng CO ko for visa 190 and they require more docs. My IELTS is expiring next month. Wala kayang magiging problema yun?

2nd co contact palang ako, they informed me na may delays sa pag process ng visa dahil full na daw yung application ceiling. Haha

@kholoudmanlucu By the way, sabi sa dibp website " ielts has been undertaken in the 3 yrs immediately prior to lodging the visa application" may 3 yrs na ba yung sayo?

Here's from https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/190-/Skilled-Nominated-visa-(subclass-190)-document-checklist#

"Evidence that at time of invitation you had at least Competent English. If you are relying on English language testing then provide a copy of your test results from a specified English language test undertaken in th<b class="Bold">e three years immediately before you were invited to apply for this visa.</b>"

So dahil may contact na ng CO, nakapaglodge ka na ng visa right?

And magiging invalid din naman ung EOI/mababawasan ng points kapag expired na ung sa english test. Though prayers tau na sana walang maging problem

@mgfg i see so wala naman pala problema kasi nakalodge na ako. Hiningan ako form 80 at 1221 pati husband ko and letter from my OB na pregnant ako. After my delivery we have to submit our medical including the baby.
