@elleb1 arrived na at Perth my final flight for the same day after Sydney. I am staying with my HS classmate here and agreed to pay her on a weekly basis around 140 pw (including meals, ayos na di ba?)
Yun driver pa nag assist magbuhat ng luggages ko at the back and I tested if trustworthy sya. I told him the address and hinanap nya sa google then we proceed. Kita sa meter nya how much na transparently. In fact, IN na rin dito UBER na ka-kompetensya nila but comes out na mas mahal sila maningil unlike taxis. When I saw my classmate from home, I felt relieved and immediately pay the taxi driver at 38 AUD. By the way, he is an australian citizen for more than 10 years and an Indian descent. He even motivated me to secure a job when I mentioned to him that I'm a PR Visa holder.
One thing I noticed also, 'di vain manamit ang australians. They wanted to appear what they wanted to. Nakakaaliw makinig ng accent ng mga chief stewardees on plane, lakas maka-aussie slang...parang PTE/IELTS review lang. Ang bait din nila kasi 'di ako pinabayad nung lady stewardees ng chicken noodles na inorder ko on board kasi exclusive sa binayaran ko na flight ticket, but still, she even mentuoned my name on the aisle and told me to keep my 5 AUD bill instead kasi free na daw. Imagine that?
