@ms.dee_celestiel i think mas maganda nga yan kc yung renewal ng rent is 1 year na naman, yung Big move namin pagtapos ng contract dito sa company namin, mauna c hubby mga last quarter this year and ako by 1st quarter of 2018. Oo malapit na kami, excited na nga ako kaya tinatamad nako mag trabaho hahahaha so far ok na yung accommodation, airport transfer and opening ng bank account. Next naman e yung itinerary namin tsaka budget. Buti me matutuluyan na kayo sa Sydney, saang suburb kayo? Hope to see you someday in Sydney. God bless din!

@elleb1 Oo ganun nga plano plano na para sa budgeting yan ang mejo challenging. okay din move nyo na mauna si hubby mo para makasettle muna sya at maayos matitirhan nyo. kami baka sabay sabay na or mauna din si hubby ng 1 or 2 mos lang. malaman na hehe. sa Colebee kami titira muna sa friend ko, bumili sila bahay lilipat pa lang sila this April. mejo malayo sa cbd kaya nagiisip kami buy ng 2nd hand car kase may bata din kami at for practice lang din. I-treat na lang naming as outright expense kase 2nd hand naman na. tutulungan daw naman kami ng friend naman ni hubby sa paghanap ng mura.

Goodluck talaga sa atin.. 🙂 Natutuwa ako sa MAY Batch kase sarap mgbasa ng mga posts nyo tsaka kakainspire din.. positive lang.

Thank you @Captain_A . That means a lot to us din. We were thinking kase na sa layo ng Dubai sa Australia, mahirap magpabalik balik. And since free pa kami sa rent sa oz at gagastos ng malaki sa rent dito sa dxb might as well go for it, one time na lang. Mas nagagastusan kase kami habang tumatagal dito.

@elleb1 @ms.dee_celestiel go for a 2nd hand car at less 1500 AUD only. You could find a decent toyota camry (2002) 5 seaters like mine for sure with less than 100k km mileage. Rego is less 200 AUD good for 3 months already. You need a reliable one as you got kids. As long as there is no under engine oil drip issue and passed the 100 pts safety check, you're good to drive here. Go to your nearest department of transport satellite for your driver photo card mean time (you could use this australian card ID as well for TFN application too) and valid for 3 months (of course show your updated/renewed philippine driver's license). @jedh_g sir, san po pede maghanap ng 2nd hand car around 1500 AUD? Kahit sedan type muna..basta may magamit lang kasi balita ko..medyo hassle magcommute. Eh medyo tipid kami ng baon so we cannot go for a brand new car pa. 🙂

@vhenzchico mine kasi I bought on a filipino chef whom I knew. Marami naman car galleries sa mga suburbs. Here in WA I knew areas to find car dealerships. Marami naman just scout lang bro..

Para lang po sa kaalaman ng lahat, ang CONCESSION CARD ay pra lang po sa my annual income na less than 43k. Once ngkawork na kyo at mas mataas sa 43K kelangan nyo itawag yan sa centrelink, kse if not at patuloy nyo pa dn gagamitin kayo ang magkakautang sa centrelink. Just Sharing.

@jedh_g Yes, hopefully makahanap kami ng ganang price kase sa Sydney kami, mahal ata doon hehe. Gamitin muna namin ni hubby yung license namin dito sa UAE, alamin naming pano makadrive muna pansamantala within 3 mos there tapos tsaka apply ng full license if applicable. Ang sabi kase ng friend ko, medyo mahirap kase daw pag may kids kase nga yung ibang taxi at uber ata walang car seat. Mandated by law yung carseats so need nga ata lalo sa lugar na pagstayan namin pansamantala is di pa accessible sa public transpo. 🙂

Nasa magkano kaya ang monthly budget sa NSW for a family of 4, lets say malapit sa sydney na suburb. House, bills ( electric,internet,water ), tuition for school, groceries. Para ma approx natin kung ilang month tatagal ang babaunin, or magkano babaunin to last how many month. Pakiramdam ko kc dami NSW sa May batch.. hehehe
