@zeilem1229 Good afternoon Sir, bali ganito po nangyari samin π
Nung nainvite ako e hindi pa din nanganganak wife, after manganak ng wife ko saka ako nglodge for visa 189, sinabay ko dun sa pag lodge ko yung Form 1022(Changes in circumstances) para sa baby ko.
Almost 1 month before the 1st CO contact. Requested documents are From 1436 (Additional Applicant Charge) Medicals and Documents for the baby (Birth Certificate and Passport). By that time sakto lang kasi nakaphinga na si wifey sa delivery (Normal) nauna kmi ni wifey magpa medical. after namin maaccomplish yung medicals namin, send a copy to CO and ngmessage kmi requesting for the time extension dun sa 28 days para ma submit yung lahat needed documents ni baby.
At this time inasikaso namin ang NSO/PSA birth certificate ni baby, which is the main requirement for the passport, which is the main requirement for his medical and Form 1436. For us eto yung pinaka matagal na inasikaso namin hehehe, Advice ko is personal na lakarin yung birth certificate kasi kung hhintayin lumabas nag NSO/PSA BC e aabutin daw ng 4-6 months. First ask the hospital if they already forwarded the Certificate of Live Birth to the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) on where your baby is born. After nun magkakaroon na ng copy yung LCR ng Certificate of Live Birth which is considered the LCR Birth certificate. then, need pumunta sa LCR, request a certified true copy ng LCR BC. After that you need to bring it to NSO/PSA to have it authenticated. I've read na less 1 day ata processing to have your BC authenticated by NSO/PSA. In our case, inabot ng almost 3 weeks yung documents namin sa NSO/PSA, pero after nun yung Orig BC ni baby ang nakuha namin. Different ata yun kung authenticated copy lang need, baka mas mabilis dito sa manila kasi yung samin sa Pampanga namin inapply, and based sa website ng DFA, BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) and duly authenticated by PSA ang requirements for the passport. Mas maganda kung mverify ninyo din sa DFA.
After 2 weeks, 2nd contact ni CO, confirming our request for extension.
After another week lumabas ang NSO/PSA BC ni baby, send a copy to CO and upload to immiaccount.
Apply kami agad ng passport ni baby. After 2 weeks lumabas na ang passport ni baby, send a copy to CO with the Form 1436 and upload to immiaccount.
After 1 month, 3rd CO contact, confirming the additional applicant (baby) and then nabigyan na ng HAP ID yung baby ko, schedule na agad ng medical ni baby.
After 3 days luamabas na medical result ni baby, send a copy to CO.
6 days after submitting all the requested documents, 4th CO contact, visa grant.
Pinaka malaking advice ko lang talaga is take time para asikasuhin yung NSO/PSA BC ni baby, kasi dun talaga magsisimula lahat para maaccomplish yung lahat ng requirements for your baby, para mksabay siya sa application ninyo, unless gusto ninyo mag add ng dependent after ninyo mgrant, and if I'm not mistake is mas yata mahal ang bayad.
Hope makatulong tong experience ko sainyo sir π Good Luck po!!!
Pasensya haba ng sinulat ko hehehe
