Hello Guys. Im sharing with you about CV writing which I found in linkedin, shared by a recruiter, Mr. Tony Brown.
1.Keep your CV concise and relevant to the application.
- Avoid using multiple different typefaces.
3 Put your education last
you dont have to provide references until you get an interview
Your content about what you can do; these are your features but you have to include content about what the benefits would be that you bring to any employer.
If you are dynamic, positive, hard working, an achiever, a top performer, then say so, employers want ta reason to see you, they are not mind readers.
Include numbers & % regarding over target achievement.
Highlight (consistently) key achievements.
Tell employers what you want in your next career move.
Only include hobbies which are relevant to the job application or are really interesting.(not just to you)
Remember, a CV is a sales tool and has one purpose; to sell your self to get an interview, if its boring, poor;y laid out and does not stand oput; why should you get an interview ?
Please do not include any content which does not have any effect on your ability to perform a role; by this I mean things such as date of birth, pictures (unless stated required), religion, political beliefs, marital status etc.
Unfortunately, we still live in a world of bias therefore you should not include any of these matters as they have absolutely nothing to do with your ability to do the job but could be used as prejudice.
