Pano malalaman nang DIBP na may de facto partner ang isang dependent

Hello guys! May tanong ako. My husband is planning to apply his mother as dependent applicant on our 189 visa application. Only child lang po husband ko and his mother is never been married. Magkapareho po ang apelyido ang mom-in-law ko and my husband kasi po illegitimate child po si hubby. My question is, may kinakasama po ang mom in law ko at nabasa ko po na di pwede maging dependent kung may de facto partner. Pano po ba malalaman nang DIBP about the de facto status of my mom-in-law? Mag iimbestiga po kaya sila? Another option po for my mom in law is yon pong parent visa. Kaso napakamahal po.

i think yung meaning mo n de facto partner is for the main applicant..kasal n keo so obviously wala n yun.

yung parent naman pwede syang gawing depende i dnt think gawin p nilang issue ang pagiging single parent nya..

Unless declare mo na may defacto sya..kasama nyo ba sa bahay ang mother nyo? She must be living with you to be considered as dependent.

@tooties hi sis. Thank you sa response. Yong mom-in-law ko plan namin i-apply as dependent nang husband ko in the near future kaso may de facto partner yong mom-in law ko. Nabasa ko DIBP na di pwede maging dependent si mum-in law if may de facto partner sya as it ruled her out as dependent to my husband. Malalaman kaya nang dibp kung may de facto partner sya kung di namin i-declare? Pasok sana talaga sa banga si mommy kaso yon nga lang talaga may kinakasama siya now.

Nasa pinas po ang mum in law ko. Sinusuportahan po siy ni hubby financially as she is not working. Bale si hubby lang ang kaagapay nya sa life kasi nag iisang anak ang asawa ko pero yon nga may boyfriend siya and they are living together. thank you po sa reply.

@janinlee di naman malalaman na may de facto partner unless ideclare. pwede din samahan ng cenomar as supporting doc ng byenan mo to prove na single siya. goodluck sa application nyo for her as dependent kasi may case na rejected dati.

May nabasa ako dito sa forum na overseas ang mga anak and they supported their mother in the Ph pero di inapprove..depende din siguro sa case na ipresent mo...in my case, nasa labas ako and supporting my 2 nephews in the Ph/living in my house and included them un my apllication and were approved..in my case kasi every quarter nasa Ph ako..
