Makakaapekto ba ang travel sa visa descicion?

Nabasa ko sa pomsinoz forum halos 1 year yung processing ng iba dahil nagExternal security check although hindi sure yung guy, he thinks it's because of his travel (Including to Middle East).

We travelled to 15 countries last year around Europe.

Also, my stopover kami sa Dubai, nung pabalik na lumabas kami airport kasi more than 6 hours ata yung flight difference, naStamp passport namin although airport to hotel lang kaming then hotel to airport. Free accomodation and shuttle from emirates.

Include ko ba dapat yun sa travel history??

@mimic I think di naman nakaka-affect yung travel history sa visa decision kung di ka nag-overstay or gumawa ng any unlawful activity during your travel.. when having doubts whether you should declare something or not, it is better/safer to declare.. tingin ko, random and super bihira (BAKA pag looks suspicious yung case) lang yung rigorous security check nila kaya inaabot ng super tagal yung iba.. I think yung ineevaluate talaga nila sa Form 80 eh yung residential addresses, travel history, employment history.. pero as long as you provide all required docs and di ka nag-state ng false/misleading info, no need to worry naman 🙂

@n_nicee thank you so much sa reply mo. Very comforting 🙂 wala kami any criminal case ni hubby. And nagsubmkt ako 4x ng form something for incorrect answers to update my application kasi tama ka. As long as we state everything. Mas maganda na maging honest.

By the way may conviction brother ko. Meron bang may alam kung maapektuhan ako? Nadeport din yung 2 brothers ko 5yrs ago from working while on tourist visa 🙁

@mimic hindi siguro natin masasabi sa ngayon kung makaka-affect yung nangyari sa brothers mo, depende sa extent ng background check.. although sa tingin ko, if they found out, di naman siguro yun grounds for your visa refusal since di ka naman involved.. and if you have been truthful naman sa application mo, then you have done your part.. hindi pa gumagalaw yung July applications, so baka matatagalan pa yung paghihintay mo ng visa decision or first CO contact.. for now, relax na lang muna and let's just hope and pray for the best 🙂
