Re-marking for W:6.0 to get 7.0

Hi. Any of you who did the re-mark for 6.0 in WRITING and got a 7.0 after the remark?

This is my husband's score: L-8.0 R-7.0 S-7.0 W-6.0 OBS-7.0

He's handwriting though is magulo, i mean kung first time kang magbabasa, it doesnt look legible. He was actually confident that he'll get a high score sa writing and nabigla sya kasi he expected to fail in listening and reading.

medyo mahirap pag 1 point ang hinahabol kasi usual case ay half point lang nababago sa remarking. pero nasa inyo pa rin kung gusto subukan. pag remarking irequest nyo both speaking at writing para mas may malaki chance na may mabagong score at marefund binayad.

@mergetwo also, take note that hindi mo pwede piliin ung ipaparemark mo as they will recheck the whole exam. So may mga case na tumaas sa ibang test, pero bumbaba din sila sa iba. So mejo 50-50 talaga. pero you're free to try it naman lalo kung confident naman hubby mo sa exam nya. Goodluck!

@OZwaldCobblepot i didnt know that they will check the whole exam kasi when he asked, ang sabi ng BC, ikaw mamimili kung ano ang ipapa-remark mo. So sa kanya writing lang. But he will do PTE also, just in case we can get, I mean, 20pts is better than 10 or none.

Update: We got 7.0 sa writing!! Thank God!! From 6.0 binigyan sya ng 7.0.

@grant512 yung ACS nyo po is + 5 points work experience EOI Updated (65pts visa 189)? where the + 5 points came from? Ano po ang binigay ng ACS?

@mergetwo dahil nag increase working experience from 7 yrs to 8 yrs kaya nagka 5pts kami additional.

@KHIM go to the website: border.gov.au. Search for either visa 190 state sponsorship or 189. The list of reqts are there. You can also assess yourself which of those reqts you have and the points. As for english test, only when you get the exam and result makikita mo kung ilang points ka, same goes sa skills mo.

@KHIM points required is 60 or more depends on the anzsco and the state.

May I ask sino sa inyo recently nagparemark? WE submitted our EOR in Sep9 pa, until now wala pang results. We keep praying though na sana positive at maging 7 =)

@towbee yes. From 6.0 to 7.0 and they refunded our fee

@mergetwo : Thanks for your reply. Iniisip nga namin kung maglodge na kami ng EOI with just 60 points, or do you think we should wait for remarking results? Nakakainip hehe
