Passport Details not Updated in Vevo

Hello!

Baka meron po dito with the same case as mine.

I asked for passport update after visa grant.

I have received the email informing that my passport details has been updated on the system.

Pero, when I checked Vevo, it still has my old passport number.

Around May 16 po nagemail, but till now, ganun parin.

Any advice po?

Update ko lang po based sa feedback ng immi manila.

"Our VEVO service may not reflect your new passport rightaway however as mentioned, your passport details have been updated in our system. The form 929 allows us to update our electronic record and ensure airlines are aware that your new passport is valid for travel to Australia."

@mi_yane ask ko lang sana among process ang ginawa mo para mag update ng passport details? nagtry kasi ako via immiaccount pero walang option to upload Form 929 and CTCed renewed passport. nag email din ako sa immigration.manila@dfat.gov.au pero walang confirmation email or reply man lang. salamat sa mga makakasagot/makakatulong.
