Form 80

Hi to all,

Sa mga naka pag process na ng form 80. Pano po ba ang ginawa nyo dito sa form na ito? Correct me if i am wrong as i am not sure what to do. So ang una nag print po ba kayo ng form na ito then fill it up. After ma fill up completely what steps na po ginawa nyo? Tama po ba ang next step is Scan it and then send it to CO or send the completed form 80 by courier or mail. Hope you guys can answer my queries ASAP.

@sir/maam hotshot, katie0499 regarding po dun sa mga attachment, nung nag submit ba kau ng form 80 eh kasabay na yung mga attachment na required.

@troy - just to be clear.. "attach it" dun sa website to attach document to your online application..

the "email CO" is just to inform the CO that you have uploaded it..

@troy.. sinubmit ko na kagad noong unang application pa lang.. ganun din ginawa ko for my brother. It worked well naman kase wala na sila iba hiningi sakin at and for my brother's application except for Meds and PCCs.

Also, I attached din pala yung for 1221. 🙂

are they still requesting this form 80 now?

paano ba ito? is this on a case to case basis or mandatory ito sa lahat ng applicant for immigrant visa?

@psychoboy - i don't know if there are current changes, but right after we lodged our application, form 80 was required, kasama cya sa list of documents sa email confirmation when you lodge online. in my case, i waited pa na magka CO allocation bago ko inupload. i regretted at that time kasi medyo mahaba rin pala ang form80, sana na fill-upan ko nlng at inupload kaagad. tama c @katie0499, i suggest isama nyo na form80 sa mga docs sa online attachment.

@viannej08 - ano pa supporting document you presented para sa secondary applicant? apart from the identification...

@psychoboy - do you mean attachment sa form80? yung SSS ID lang. Meron dun nkastate proof of residency, I asked CO at that time kasi bagong lipat kami so we did not have proof of our new address then, sabi nman ni CO ok lang. so ID lang na submit namin,

Or do you mean attachment sa ECOM? like proof of english.. etc?

@viannej08 Attachments sa visa itself - as secondary applicant, I included in my application details regarding my studies (both college and high school) and work experience. My question is, do I include evidence for both my education and work experience?

I have asked this in a previous thread but I want to know as per your experience as well! 🙂 daghan salamat...

@psychoboy : for our case, wala kami sinamang proof of work experience para sa wife ko. sinama ko lang yung diploma and transcript nya as added proof for her english language capability. but again, this was before skillselect. hehe

there is really form 80 there in the evidence type. try to check, not sure if iba na ngayon

@psychoboy - for dependent, only evidence of language capability. tama c @hotshot, school papers lang. my husband did not take ielts so we included his highschool panigurado lang. hehe. diploma, TOR, and certification english as medium of instruction. those 3 for both college and highschool.
