Advise ko sayo to check carefully yung tasks related to ANZSCO 234211, yung result sakin e hindi favorable kaya hindi nako nagtuloy for Skills Assessment. VETASSESS criteria:
Chemist is classified under our authority in Group A. Group A occupations require a qualification which is assessed as comparable to the educational level of an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelor degree, or higher level degree qualification, in a highly relevant field of study to the nominated occupation. In addition to this, applicants must have at least one year of paid and post-qualification employment performed at an appropriate skill level and completed in the last five years. Employment needs to be undertaken after the completion of the highly relevant degree qualification. Pre-qualification employment cannot be considered for Group A occupations.
Degree level qualifications and major fields of study deemed suitable career preparation for Chemist include:
Chemistry (or Chemical Sciences) is the study of the composition, structure, chemical reactions and transformations of matter.
A major in Chemistry would include the coverage of analytical, physical, organic and inorganic chemistry (and at the advanced levels). Current degree programs may have an additional focus on modern applications such as nanotechnology, analytical and environmental chemistry, polymer science and surface science.
