@staycool, female ka ba? Me friend ako nagpaparent ng extra room (fully furnished), bfast and dinner included, electricity, water is also included in rent (female only). 14 KM from Sydney CBD (30 minute train ride to city). Available yun sa date na sinasabi mo. PM me for more info.

@kst ang dami nyo pong kilalang nagpapa-rent ng mga rooms. hehehe at tska ang lalapit sa city. Actually maganda nga tlga sa inner western suburbs. hehehe iniisip ko nga in the future if okay na bumili na lang ng unit kesa landed house? hehehe sorry off-topic na...

mas maganda pa rin bahay kasi mas mabilis umakyat presyo ng bahay kumpara sa unit. tsaka masakit sa bulsa yang strata fee sa unit. yung unit for rent ko eh $900 per quarter strata fee kaya kinakain kita ko sa upa huhuhu!

^yikes oo nga ang mamahal ng strata fees. Pero para naman makabili ng landed house, kailangang mas malayo na sa city. huhuhuhu kahit nga sa The ponds asa 700K pataas na mga bahay at lupa.. Sa blacktown area and further down, meron pang mga below 500K. Sa schofields naman daw bumabaha hehehe sabi ng mga officemates ko dito, 800K daw pataas dapat ang budget ngayon pag bibili ka ng decent house. Ang taas naman ng standard nila. hehehe

Yung 800k na yan im sure brand new .... sa blacktown as low as 400-500 meron kang mabibiling decent na 2 bedroom house ... over exaggerated yung mga presyo na yan ....

Tama po si Kuya Jc. Baka po niyayabangan lang po kayo nung officemates nyo kasi po makakabili kayo ng medyo lumang bahay na me swimming pool sa castle hill ng mga 800k.
