question pala @chewychewbacca sa mga docs na iuupload pag may invite na. Kailangan ba lahat naka CTC katulad nung pinasa sa ACS? Example: Naka-CTC birth cert, marriage cert, etc.?

parang may nabasa ko na kay @Captain_A hindi naka CTC. tama ba sir?

hello po..bago lang po ako dito..first few steps pa lang po kami sa journey to OZ..starting to gather docs para sa assessment sa EA, while reviewing IELTS..

i know this sounds silly but i will still ask this po to avoid complications in the future..

is reference letter same as certificate of employment?

Reference letter - is a recommendation from a person whom you had worked with by stating his witness to you of a certain professional or trade expertise/skill. This is usually centered on you with a concerned co-employee attesting your competence.

Certificate of Employment (COE) - is a legally statement document coming from HR to signify dates of legitimate employment period which covers number working hours per day, monthly salary, duties and responsibilities, employee information, etc.

@jedh_g ... thanks howver in the immi.gov.au, it's said there that reference letter should indicate the exact period of employment (including whether permanent or temporary, full or part-time), position(s) held, the duties undertaken and the salary earned..

that's why i got confused if it's the same with COE..

Reference Letter - In case na hindi nagbibigay yung company ng tailormade na COE. Minsan kasi generic lang binibigay nila.

Anyway, if you have COE naman na you dont need to request for a reference letter.

If you cannot get detailed COE from previous employers. Nagsubmit kmi ng statutory declaration. Under agent kasi ako so yun yung advise samin

si DIBP ba nag check ng Eployment Reference ulet? Do they call the company to do background check? Or they live it na assessing group mo ung pag background check? Do they actually call the people who signed your COE?

yes they do i have a friend who was refused because hindi nila makontak yung taong nakalagay sa reference letter niya. But I think yung pagtawag is by sampling lang
