1 - The way I understand your situation, kayo pa rin ng seaman common-law partner mo, right? That means, ilalagay mo ang name niya as partner in your visa application, even if he is not coming with you to Australia yet. It also means that you will have to show evidence of funds including him. 19830 + 6940. Plus school costs. Plus return fare. Your documentary evidence will be justified kase nanggaling sa kanya ang money, tama ba?

2 - Kung hindi mo siya ilalagay sa visa application mo (not declaring him as your de-facto partner), he will have no rights to join you as dependent later on..

@mcbryancarino09 Hi 🙂 You can write in your GTE Statement that your reason for studying Diploma of Business as you are planning to add a component of business knowledge as you wish to put up an online business/website. Business nowadays ang trend is social media and website and online sites na. So it is related industry. You know the technical side of IT. Pero kulang ka pa ng knowledge sa Business side which is the main reason why IT (as a support service) for all businesses. You will be able to understand what programs to create if you have basic knowledge in Business. Rather than studying a 4-year course in home country, Australia offers a shorter course on business and Australia education is globally recognized.. Yun ang justification mo why you want to study the business.

The way you lodge the visa and the way you justify 1) Reasons for studying the intended course 2)Reasons for choosing Australia 3) Reasons for choosing the provider (school) 4) and to what benefits will the studies be to you. These are the statements you will need to provide to immigration.

Hi 🙂 What is given more weight is the recent 5 years that happened in your life. For example, graduate ka ng Nursing 5 years ago. But you never worked as a Nurse. You worked in the Business field for say, 3-5 years. This will make it relevant that you will study the Diploma of Business as you wanted to gain FORMAL EDUCATION on business field and you are interested to pursue this career rather than the Nursing field..

May I ask, how old are you? What is your educational background? What is your work experience? What is you immigration history? Nag work ka ba abroad recently?

Hi 🙂 May 2 options ang evidence of funds. 1) Money Deposit OR 2) ITW

I suggest na MONEY DEPOSIT in the form of bank certificate showing the minimum requirement amount ang isubmit mo. Yun lang. Pag humingi ng income stream, then you submit the payslips.

If you choose to submit the ITW (Income Stream), it must be AUD 60,000 annual income (or approx Php 2.22 M)

Ganito ang pag calculate ng evidence of funds:

Living cost amounts:

student/guardian AUD 19,830;

partner/spouse AUD 6,940;

child AUD 2,970

School costs –course fee for first 12 months

Return Airfare to home country – approximately AUD 2,000

The question I think if you have an old passport where you still have a valid visa on it, then it will ask for the old passport..

Im a bit confused po kc dahil ung bridging course is only for 3 months pero need ko paring iprepare ang good for 1 year stay??.. Thanks po in advance and i hope you can enlighten me with this..

No. Just show funds for the duration you will be in Aus.

Mas OK pag 5 mos or 6 mos.. You know what I mean, if you show more than enough, mas OK. Pero wag rin gaanong malaki na to the point nakakaduda.. 🙂

According to the DIBP website, it does not indicate anymore the requirement of a 3 months money history....

It does not say anywhere in the DIBP website that you submit "history of transactions".. You only need to show the MONEY DEPOSIT or the current balance which should not fall the minimum required. But just to be safe, the money deposit must have been there for at least 1 month... It means that in ALL of the 30 days that the money is there, the balance MUST ALWAYS BE the minimum requirement amount..

For example, ang required mo to show is is 1M php. Dapat Day 1 to Day 30 eh always 1M php or more ito..

Hindi pwede yng Day 1: 1 M php..then Day 5 naging 500K...then Day 6, naging 1M php uli.. There was 1 day in the 30 days that your money deposit was BELOW the minimum required... VISA REFUSED yun straight away.

Good day. Question lang. Regarding sa "Genuinely Access to Fund" required ba na yung fund eh naka deposit sa account ng student? In my case kasi yung Aunt ko residing sa Oz ang magiging source of funds. Also, allowed ba yung joint funds like credit card + loan? Thanks
